It would all be zero had there not been an Antoine and the older lady with the braids. They know customer service, work ethic, team work, and family feel. If everyone at this location would just do what these 2 do it would be amazing. I had a horrible experience last night that also included a manager getting rude with my 5 year old grandson. I held my tongue took my nasty food, and tried calling later with no answer. So I went up there today and an angel named Antoine (sp?) was there to help. But also the aura of the restaurant was changed. The lazy, rude feel was gone. IDK THAT BLACK LADY WITH THE BRAIDS, I WANT TO SAY GWEN, BUT SHE IS AN ANGEL WHO DESERVES A RAISE. SO DOES THE STORE MANAGER. THANK YOU FOR RESTORING MY FAITH IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HUMAN NATURE. LOVE YOUR BOTH.

Literally sitting in line writing this. I’ve been here 25 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. There’s no way to get out of the line and I’ve already paid. I don’t know if this town or this McDonalds but it’s the slowest service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonalds. And I bet the fries will be cold.

I visited the restaurant to purchase two ice creams and a Happy Meal. From the moment I entered, Steven and the cashier warmly welcomed me. I placed my order using the digital screen, and although I was a bit confused, Steven, who was nearby, kindly came over to assist me with my order. The order was delivered quickly and efficiently, even while the store was undergoing a corporate inspection.
My experience inside the restaurant clearly reflects the excellent management that the manager Antwan is demonstrating at the location.

This was the worst McDonald’s food I have ever had. The buns were hard and the French fries hard dried out and cold. We ordered fish sandwich combo, 3 cheeseburger with fries.
Im throughly ticked off. The staff was nice, but it doesnt count. when they bring you crap to eat!!!!!!!!! This store deserves not even 1 star. We will not come back.

Place was clean but if you still eat this food in this day and age, it’s outrageous.
Choked on my sausage, egg and cheese beagle 2 times while trying to get it down it was so dry and fake.
Hashbrown was good. People were very nice just can’t say the food is actual food.

During lunch seems to be a couple of Managers on duty and both are rude. Never took my money or acknowledged they had 10 or more people in line. The past 3 times the same managers are there. I keep going thinking they might be having a bad day, now that I work in Macclenny but nope NASTY attitude everytime. Last time they never took some of our money due to the key pad not working on the kiosk. After standing there and not.be acknowledged 3 or 4 of us walked out.

Stopped in on my way to work to get a coffee with four creamer and four sugar. They took my payment and then never brought out my coffee. I sat at the window for quite some time when I had to make the decision to leave so I was not late to work. I attempted to contact the location several times with no response. If I could give zero stars I would.

Ordered food in the drive thru at 1120 today. No greeting through the speaker, the lady taking my order sounded grumpy, and rude! As a customer if I can hear an attitude in your voice while you are doing your job it automatically makes for a bad experience. McDonald’s needs to retrain their workers on workplace moral!!
As a former fast food manager I always told my people smile while taking orders. We all got bad days but the customer shouldn’t know. The whole time my order was being taken she was snappy.
Fries were less than halfway filled, burger was sloppy I had to wait till I got home to eat it, and the meat had a foul taste to it.
Drive thru also smells like a bad grease trap.

came here for breakfast in the drive thru, paid at the first window, and pulled up to the second window where the girl asked us to recite all our items that we ordered which I thought was odd. We told her and then waited for about 5 minutes and then was handed a bag with the incorrect order. We turned around and went back inside to get the correct order and no one apologized or showed any care. We just needed something quick and easy on the road but if you’re in the same boat, don’t come here!

Waited 10 minutes for some coffee. They gave us the wrong order, they were out of some of the flavors for our coffee, and the spilled hot coffee on us. Drinks were good though
