Delivery was fine it was the horrible customer service for me!! I called to speak with someone and they never came back to the phone nor did they answer to address the issue after a wrong delivery order. I paid an additional $1 for potato wedges and recieved chicken fingers instead. In addition to my choice of veggies that ONLY included 1 1/2 pieces of celery with 5 carrots. So my husband and I had chicken ONLY for dinner to watch the game away from home!!

This was an utter disaster. The restaurant needs to be shut down because IThis was an utter disaster. The restaurant needs to be shut down because I had hair in my mouth that was wrapped around celery. I’m assuming I’m not sure where it came from because I have no hair at all and whoever was working as a manager should be fired because she was rude and I’m like literally having a panic attack from here being in my mouth. The service waitress was awesome, but the food was burnt and hard cold took forever for us to get our order and the manager didn’t even apologize. She just was rude like I cannot believe this happened. Please do not waste your time or energy there. You’re really gonna be disgusted if you do so and after the night we’ve had, we thought that would be a little better, but unfortunately, due to the smell in the unclaimed that they had in there, it just wasn’t achievable at all.

Jenny was great! Food was delicious and I was surprised at how fast it came out. The manager I think her name was Dannie came by shortly after I got my food and asked how everything was. She even brought my daughter some orange slices and said new food items are coming and invited me to come back next week! This place feels like a home away from home!

Went to location at 10 pm because website said they didnt close until 2am. When in said no host waited for about 10 min but Noone ever came to desk,Servers just walk by withoutsaying a word. Not even someone will be with you shortly. The restaurant was not busy at all..So we said let’s just sit at the bar. Upon seating at the bar because most bars are first come first serve at most chain restaurantlike this one, the bartender said that the bar had wait to be seated. Never heard of this before. Heard he gets smart out the mouth and says, is that’s why they have a sign of front. And I asked him for the bar anywhere you sit. Just wow. Won’t come back

I should not have gotten my burger like this. I understand it was late when we came and I order but it still doesn’t excuse my burger not begin cooked all the way. I always come to this location and this is first even on a busy backed up night. Not please at all with my food and the wings they just dumped the sauce while it was in the Togo box very soggy and wet very much disappointed.
Update: that fact that I called the 1-800 number and nothing and someone emailed me about it but basically tried to say that she didn’t see my receipt or transaction which I gave it to the lady I spoke with at the 1-800 number the issue has not been resolved.

We arrive 10h25 pm and waiting for 15 minutes for be seated, nobody appears to get a table to us, when we ask a team member she said we are not seating nobody right now in a really bad mood. So I’m sorry I can’t try your food but I can tell your place where full of tables and they don’t want to get tables for the people. And there where many people waiting for be seated. Not recommended

Returned after a year hiatus. The wait was long, but I had to cancel my online order and reorder to get the Tuesday special B1G1, 1/2 off. However, the presentation, quality, and customer service were a plus. Keep up the good work. Very tasty yum! Judging by the reviews, this place loves to ignore people which has happened before and happened now will not be coming back. We’ll go somewhere where I’m recognized they have to put somebody out the door to recognize people that might work.
