I ordered a sausage pizza off GrubHub. I did everything I was supposed to do in the app. I got my pizza. They gave me a cheese pizza. I called the store and let them know the mistake they made. They told me that they didn’t receive a receipt for a sausage pizza and that I made a mistake or GrubHub made a mistake but I clicked on all the right options there is no way The person on the phone completely disregarded my complaint. What is GrubHub going to do? They barely give out credits. This place is horrible, the manager or Whoever answered the phone was completely dismissive. I will never order from here again

Adrian (owner and manager) truly cares in what he does. Though it’s a chain, obviously, he makes each customer feel as if they are important, at least this was my impression. He’s a very welcoming guy from first greeting.
In speaking with him, I came to learn that he is a third generation chef and he believes, in his words, that “everyone who enters is family” and is treated as such.
It shows.

Really friendly place to order from! The website has plenty of offers and coupons to use and I enjoyed the pizza and garlic knots. Everything was fresh and hot when I picked it up and was ready on time. Great option to try.

The worst Papa Johns experience I’ve ever had while dealing with the franchise. The customer service is lacking to say the least. The phone person was very rude after clearly sending out the wrong order. I will never order from here again and I’ll make sure to spread the word. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF AND CARDBOARD FOOD !!

I 100% recommend this Papa John’s location to anyone ordering. The food is always on point. They are a family run store, and they treat you like family, as well. They always provide excellent service. When Adrian delivers my food, he always asks, “How’s the family? How’s the baby?” It’s the little things that show you that people are kind and care.
