The staff this morning were superb!!!!! Excellent and amazing and they didn’t miss a beat. They deserve a raise, if I do say so myself. The customer service was exceptional. This McDonalds location is the absolute worst about making sure that your order is correct, they always forget your chicken McNuggets,always. I usually order online and pick up inside for this reason, but tonight I couldn’t go inside because I had my hyper, upset puppy with me so I went through the drive through, I get to the window and they have me park in a spot to wait. And of course, I checked the bag when they dropped it off and they forgot my nuggets, but the worker was already back inside, I couldnt go in to get the nuggets, and the drive through was full, so I had to just give up and leave without my nuggets.

Seriously, how hard is it to make sure that everything is in the bag? I understand making a special order wrong and having to fix it, but missing items completely is crazy to me, there were only 6 items on the entire order, make sure that you put 6 items in the bag, not 5.

These employee need better training, or more people need to be scheduled on busy evenings. I just lost my money and McDonald’s got to keep sold product to sell to another customer.

I recommend that you refuse to move to a spot away from the drive through window if you’re not able to go inside to replace missing items.

I went through the drive thru tonight, Jan 8th, around 9:00pm. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 with no onions and 1 with no onions and no pickles which they ring up as only ketchup, mustard, and American cheese. Both burgers were covered in onions. I went in and very politely stated the error. I was asked if it was listed on the receipt, which I showed that it was. Then, I was asked if it was listed on the wrapper, which I showed that it was. Both burgers were taken back and after some time, the person helping me handed me 1 burger and asked me to check it. I did and said there was still onions on it. Clearly it had only been scraped off because the ketchup and mustard were gone. I handed it back and was asked if I was sure there were onions so I pointed them out. That burger was taken back and after a few minutes I was handed yet one more double cheeseburger and asked to check it. This one finally had no onions but only had 1 burger patty and 2 pieces of cheese. At this point, I just took it and asked for my second one back that should have been fixed. I was questioned about the second burger, at which time I reminded this person I handed them 2 incorrect double cheeseburgers. I was finally handed a second burger and asked to check it. This burger finally had no onions and both patties but only 1 half torn piece of cheese. I was so furious I just said whatever and snatched my bag off the counter and stormed out. When I walked in, the restaurant wreaked of marijuana so I’m sure that contributed to all of the mistakes made. There were also people I know to not be homeless but are constant beggars around town getting handed free items but me, a paying customer, can’t even get what I asked for made correctly!!!!!!!!

I come to this McDonald’s on Whiskey Road pretty often to grab dinner for me and my husband, and I just wanted to say something nice about the young woman with the pink hair and piercings. Every time we see her, she’s friendly, patient, and always smiling.
It might not seem like a big deal, but her attitude really makes our visit better. She just has a way of being kind and welcoming, and it honestly puts a smile on my face every time. I know working with the public isn’t easy, so I hope she knows she’s appreciated. Little things like that really do matter.

You’re not serving anyone by moving everyone to a reserve spot. Your numbers don’t mean anything bc everyone has to wait way longer than they should for someone to run their usually cold food out. Stop doing that. I’d rather wait in line. This is ridiculous.

Used the drive through tonight. First and last time at this location. When we pulled up to the window the rude lady held the bag out without looking at us or greeting us. Handed the drinks, still never looked at us and then shut the window. I say there for about 30 seconds just looking to see if she would acknowledge us and she never turned around. Not to mention three items were missing that we paid for.

Food was delicious, but the wait time was longer than I expected since the drive-thru line was short and there were no other ordering patrons in the dining room. There was a man hanging about the entrance (not eating and not with any other customers) which made me uncomfortable. If I were to eat here again, I would order via the drive-thru instead of eating in.

As an American, I love a good mcdonalds, and these golden arches are everything a McDonald’s should be. My expectations are not high. It wasn’t gourmet, it wasn’t healthy, but it was delicious and hit that spot that we all need hit every now and again. They even got my order right. Would recommend.

I want to say this whoever the lady was trying to tell me that I need to get a water. Let me tell you something. Right now I am a tow truck driver. I’m out here on the roads risking my life and I need not just a water. So who will pay $2 for a large drink instead of paying that I could pay $0.35 or $0.50 a whole lot cheaper mind your own business
