Delivery Order. Food was tasty. Presentation was lacking. The food was tossed into individual comparts within the food container. A better approach would have been to have parchment paper in each space to absorb grease. Wet naps were provided. Three of the four condiments I requested were included. No marinara sauce for my cheese sticks! Bummer!!!
Overall it was a good value although the order arrived later than expected and the food was lukewarm and slightly greasy to the taste. Otherwise, the dish was satisfying.

Finding parking was a bit sketchy but the restaurant was fabulous! Great food. Quick service. No wait seating. It was clean and comfortable. The service and our waitress were phenomenal!

The overall experience was mediocre at best. The food was OK but took forever to get out. It was freezing cold when it did most of the orders were wrong or incomplete and we’re not served all at the same time. Drinks were a self serve station where you had to get up and serve yourself drinks after the first round. The service was so slow. It took us about 2 1/2 hours to get through or not recommend

Went there last night for my birthday with some friends. The place was empty (which is fine) we ordered our food (was only 4 of us) and it still took over 30 minutes. The food was horrible…I got the cheese steak and the picture on the menu was bigger than the sandwich I got. Chicken sandwich was small..we got ultimate nachos and it was nearly just chips it barely had anything on them a pitiful drizzle of cheese and it looked like a pinch of lettuce. My brother got a chicken wrap and it was the last thing to come out…took over 30 minutes to get a wrap done. Will not be returning and do not recommend..please go somewhere else you will get more for your money.

Waited 5+ mins at the host stand, then waited 10 mins for our server to even come to our table. The food wasn’t rang in for at least 10 mins after we ordered, I know this because the server had to come back to the table to clarify an item. From the time of ordering it took 25 mins to receive my draft beer. My order was missing an item which was brought to the attention of the manager and I was told it would be right out…. As you can guess by the rest of my experience I never received the missing item. Server never checked on our table after food being delivered.

The place wasn’t busy at all. I was told a 20-min wait but received my take-out in 10. The lady at the counter was pleasant. I ordered the new blazin’ knockout and the mango harbanero. Neither were as hot as it was supposed to be (I should know because the ones I had a few months before at their Glendale Mall location was way hotter) — Yet, the food was nice. I enjoyed it.

Horrible horrible service! After waiting 20 minutes to be seated me and my family had to wait an additional 7 minutes to even get our drinks ordered. We ordered drinks and our food but the wait was an additional 20-30 minutes we received our appetizer mozzarella cheese sticks and they were barely warm the cheese was congealed then we finally received our food and it was like warm as well. Our server never came back to ask if the food was okay or how everything was going and as we still sit here we have 3 empty drinks on the table and they haven’t been refilled. My chicken was brung out cold and barely sauced as seen in the picture provided. This is the worst service I’ve ever received and we weren’t rude at all.

Lol there’s no way I’m going to this BW’s after reading these reviews and it’s down the street from me. It seems the management don’t care either because they just copy paste the same response it’s so lazy which is a reflection of the service it looks like. It starts at the top! I’d rather drive to greenwood BW. I don’t even have to look at the reviews I know it’s going to be a better experience.

Been to many BWW’s and this place at lunch is very good. Server (Ryann) was very good and interactive plus food tasted great and well prepared. No complaints from us, will hit this spot again before we leave
