McDonald’s used to be a fast food restaurant. There were people waiting for over 15mins for a meal. Then they don’t give you ketchup, so you have to go back up and ask. There were napkins, so I had to go back and ask. They only have bottled water. What happened to soda fountains with the water option? We weren’t the only ones complaining. You might be modernizing your restaurants, but the service is slower.

I normally don’t review McDonald’s locations but this one impressed me from the service to the operating times. Haven’t had a 24 hours McDonald’s option near me since covid started so we definitely took advantage of this one after a late concert. Service was super friendly and the food was exceptionally delicious which is not always the case with corporate fast food giants. Honestly some of the best McDonald’s burgers I have ever had as an adult.

I am a kind, wholesome dude, but this McDonald’s experience went TOO FAR. when I first arrived with my wholesome family of 10, [ we were celebrating my huzzes 67th bday, everything was fine. This was until my son anderdingus decided he needed to go potty. This is where it went SIDeWAys. we entered the stall together [ yss, all ten of us. ] and we saw a jobless thespian enjoying a session of trying to summon Jesus. This was a quite odd to me, anderdingus, Fred, Gordon, Huckleberry,primroseeverdeenblewuppoorjer, liv,Jen, and as she likes to go by now, hospital (cue wee oo wee oo) this was only the start of the nightmare. Next, when we came out of the crime scene we encountered, we immediately saw something else to worry about. anderdingus was the first to see the pink eye in the cheeseburger an. Wait! Gotta go im getting arrested please look after anderdimgus and the others bye batches

Ordered online on the app. Ordered almost 15 mins before breakfast was over. They told me breakfast was over, it was not even 11am on a sunday. No was given back to me. Manager and window worker were a lil rude, insisted it would go back on my card. It never went back on my card, manager was always busy when I tried calling. So end result family did not get our breakfast, scammed $23. Also called corporate they said they reached out to store to send refund. Guess who never called, u guessed it the manager/owner! STAY FAR AWAY SHADY TATICS WITH YOUR CARD!!!

Lady at the counter super rude..just spent 18 bucks on breakfast and asked for some salsa pirate. She gave me 2 packets and I said since I had 4 sandwiches can I atleast get 4. To go and then tell me they are only for burritos is complete BS. Is ketchup only for fries? Nobody gets that to put on sandwiches? Do better mcdonalds

They started using an AI for their drive through orders. Thought it was all franchises just this one. I recommend finding a person you can talk to. The AI over charged me for sauce when it normally comes with my food. Little annoying but if it’s doing that to the sauce what else could the AI be over charging for and there is no way to talk to it. Won’t be returning till it’s gone

Very bad service when you go to pay. They don’t ask what your order is and they make mistakes. The manager doesn’t even apologize; instead, she starts arguing with the cashier and gives you dirty looks. She gives a refund, but when I go to pick up the food, it says I haven’t been charged and I have to pay. It was very frustrating.
