Was through the drive through about a month ago. The line was small did not take long to order. Made it to the pay window everything good. Waited about two three minutes to get to the pick up window. Got there picked up order and left the window. Parked to eat my food. My burger was fresh but it looked like they threw it together. Because it was messy looking i got to the fries. The fries taste like a were ready to be tossed in the trash if they were under there heat lamp much longer. They were not that fresh. I feel like I paid too much for my food for it to be served like that. Because it cost just as much to eat at a restaurant as it does eating fast food. So I expect it to be just as fresh.

By far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Went through the drive through and had two separate orders… pull up cashier said he combined our two orders on the same gift card. Never received my second order. Drive all the way back for the manager to be completely rude. Was told we never paid for the second order. Instead of solving this issue the correct way I still paid for the second order again. Horrible manager skills.

I generally dislike leaving ANY reviews, but I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s since I was a little kid. Recently? Every single time I’ve come in, ordered, doordashed, whatever it may be, whoever is making the food is forgetting to add on essential parts of the meal.
Ex. Today, I ordered a cheeseburger and a McChicken. The only thing I asked for was light onions, no pickles. I get two sad dots of mustard, ketchup, 3 little onion pieces, and absolutely no cheese. ??? Hello?
The last 2 times I ordered a McChicken, aside from this instance, there was NO mayonnaise OR lettuce. I had not requested any of this.
They forgot two whole snack wraps a few weeks ago as well.
Whatever’s going on, get it sorted. I will drive to Manchester HAPPILY if it means they’ll do my order better than the slop I’ve been receiving. Thank you.

This is chicken if you guys couldn’t figure it out! Burnt and old. Nasty and disgusting . How they are still in business. Thank god Popeyes is coming right next to it !!! Fries were cold and soggy as well

Morning service is consistently good. However the rest of the day it’s hit or miss (more miss than hit) as to whether or not you’ll get what you ordered. I’ve never figured out why other restaurants are able to double check and get their orders right, but this one can’t. Except for mornings, I generally avoid this one and drive further to another location so I get what I ordered and paid for.

Service was HORRIBLE I went to the register to order food and the lady there said. “What do you want.” Which is very rude when other mcdonald’s i get told “What would you like to order.” It’s downright disrespectful. The food was nothing like i asked for. I asked for no pickles no onions and got both. I ordered 2 cheeseburger meal large fry and large drink. I got a medium sized cup. When i went to get another cup size since i asked for a large. It is extremely disappointing and when i went to get a new cup nobody would come up as if it doesn’t matter to them. The place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while especially the bathrooms.

Been to this McDonald’s a few times. It’s fairly clean, lil bit of crumbs here an there, mens bathroom pretty clean too. Food is warm and fresh, not much of a wait (like 5 mins) Only minor issue is that when standing a counter, a few employees would stare but not walk over to see what I needed even when speaking up, no one came over right away ( wasn’t that busy since it was early) otherwise staff was average. Overall this McDonald’s is fine but nothing special. 3/5 ⭐

Place order on the app. Go to pick up, wait at window for a few minutes before they ask me to pull forward for another 5 minutes when there is literally no one else here or ordering, in the entire time I was sitting. 10 minutes is way too long for 3 items and they gave me an old pie. Enjoy by 9:37pm, my order wasn’t place till 10:07pm so I waited for old food?

This place is disgusting. I witnessed an employee touching all over his body and his cellphone, then going right back to work grabbing fries straight out of the basket and eating while on the job. I immediately told one of the managers. She apologized and said she would remove him from the area he was working in, but that never happened.
Another manager was standing right next to him and didn’t even say anything. At that point, I asked for a refund and left.
I will NOT recommend anyone to eat here. The lack of hygiene and proper supervision is disturbing.

I had one time ever that I had an issue with something they not only remade my meal that day but the store manager called me and even though I said it wasnt necessary she sent me a voucher for a meal. Thank you and I appriciate the little thing you did for just one customer.
