Pho 360 is a very cute and nicely decorated Vietnamese restaurant in a newer strip mall the menu has a full selection of a typical Vietnamese restaurant. Anytime I visit a new place. I will try the standards in this case the special Pho and the beef short rib vermicelli noodle.
The Pho 360 Special was not particularly special. The broth was on the bland side. It has more of the northern influence so it is not sweet at all, but it wasn’t super flavorful. The bowl was actually much smaller than most specials I’ve had in fact that the bowl is smaller than the one serving the vermicelli noodle. It was also priced a little bit lower than typical.
So I guess you get what you pay for in the broth was so so the tendon was minuscule but tasty. Overall, I rated an average bowl.
The vermicelli was good. The short rib ribs were very, very chewy much shorter than short ribs. I’ve had in recent memory. It included just one spring roll, and the sauce was on the salty side so I would say it is a little bit above average.
The great service and the cute decor makes up for a little bit of it, and the prices are just a higher lower than average. I will go back but will not go out of my way since there’s so much good Vietnamese in Portland.

First time trying this place. I ordered the pho 360 special. Bowls are way smaller than the other places in Oregon. The broth tasted mediocre and didn’t have that rich beefy bone taste. After I added some condiments, the broth tasted better. The noodles were made perfect, not too hard not to soft. It had all the different kinds of meat and tendons. The tendons were pretty tasty even though only had a couple pieces. About 5-6 bites and the bowl was finished. My cup of water was empty for a long time and set it at the end of the table to see if the waitress would notice. The waitress was at the counter and didn’t even see it. I was so thirsty. And I gave her a tip…This would be a last resort place for me.

Tried this place for the first time and was so pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere is so beautiful! Very clean and visually appealing restaurant.
I ordered chicken pho, and my friend ordered a vermicelli noodle dish, both were very fresh and the meat was tender and seemed like quality ingredients.
You go up to the counter to pay when you’re done with your meal and can get a box.
Overall very impressed and happy to have new go-to Pho place close to home!

Found a worm in my food today. I showed the server and they apologized and offered partial refund for one dish but this is a serious hygiene issue. It completely killed my appetite and made me question the kitchen’s cleanliness standards. I won’t be returning. Just wanted to warn others.

First time trying this place. We drive on Mclaughlin all the time and never saw it but my wife came across it on TikTok and we decided to give it a shot and glad we did. The atmosphere was great staff was friendly and food was delicious! We will definitely be returning, glad to find a good pho restaurant close to home!

Chicken banh mi was excellent, with deliciously grilled meat, ample & tasty veggies and herbs, and perfect warmed bread. Pho was excellent, with mild saltiness and lots of herbal and umami flavors. Bun Bo Hue was excellent.

As a Vietnam Veteran, I am a Pho officianado – it is my comfort food. Pho 360 has great pho and other Vietnamese foods. To tailor your pho experience, the have the normal pho condiments on the table (poison cause, Sriracha, soy, etc). In addition, they have a serve yourself selection of chillies oil, fresh garlic jalapeño (sweet), and Thai fish sauce, (smells awful, but wonderful in pho), etc. Great staff and great pho.

I’m glad we tried out this place! Super flavorful food but not too salty! Their pho was so good!! Super friendly service too! Their fish sauce chicken wings was the best one I’ve ever had, hands down. Not too saucy, right crunch and not salty at all.
I requested for some fish sauce lime dressing for the spring roll instead of the peanut sauce and the staff gladly provided it. Will definitely go back. 5 ⭐️

First time visiting. Service was great right off the bat. Greeted and seated promptly. Everything was clean and fresh smelling. I ordered the grilled pork vermicelli. Fish sauce was put on the side. Good idea because I like just a little. Wife had the pho. Everything tasted great and crisp veggies. I ordered a taro smoothie that was delicious, unfortunately I was a klutz and spilled half on the floor. But it was so good…
