The Paseo Art District Picasso Cafe offers a wonderful experience with outstanding food and exceptional service.

I can’t rave enough about the amazing non alcoholic drinks selection and creative, beautifully presented dishes.

It’s a perfect brunch spot, a place to celebrate family or a great date night with a cozy atmosphere and attentive staff. Highly recommend for dining and memorable moments in OKC Art District area.

The entire Picasso Cafe staff was amazing and took care of (4 girls roadtripping thru Oklahoma).

Amazing date night spot — food, vibes & feel-good energy! ️

We had such a wonderful experience on our date night at Picasso Cafe! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, artsy, and inviting — the perfect mix of creative and cozy. ️✨

The food was incredible. Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted with fresh, organic ingredients that not only tasted amazing but left us feeling nourished and satisfied, not heavy — exactly what you want when eating clean and healthy.

️ The menu has tons of variety, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options that are just as flavorful as anything else on the menu — a total win for mixed tastes!

We also loved that:
• They emphasize seasonal, locally sourced ingredients — it feels good supporting local while eating beautifully prepared food. ‍ ️
• The vibe in the Paseo Arts District is so fun — art on the walls, friendly staff, and a community feel that makes dinner feel extra special.
• There’s even a dog-friendly patio and a fun bar next door called The Other Room if you want drinks or late-night bites.

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time with a friend, and it turned out to be such a delightful experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, inviting, and just a touch upscale without being pretentious. The drinks were absolutely outstanding—crafted with care, full of flavor, and definitely a highlight of the evening. The food did not disappoint either; every dish we ordered was delicious and thoughtfully prepared.
We started with a trio appetizer, which offered a nice variety of flavors. The only thing that could have enhanced it would have been a small basket of bread or even some crackers to accompany the dips—just something to enjoy the other two sides with. For my entrée, I ordered the chicken sandwich, and oh my, it was incredible—perfectly seasoned, juicy, and one of the best I’ve had in quite some time.
The service, however, was on the slower side. Our server seemed new and a bit overwhelmed, so it took longer than expected for her to check in on us and for our drinks to arrive. Additionally, we were surprised by a $7.50 bar fee added to the bill, which felt unnecessary, especially considering the price of the drinks already.
Despite those minor drawbacks, the overall experience was very enjoyable. The restaurant itself is a charming little hidden gem, tucked away in the unique and artsy Paseo district, which adds to its appeal. If you get the chance, it’s definitely worth a visit for a fun night out with great drinks, tasty food, and a cozy atmosphere.

Picasso Cafe is definitely one of those places that makes you want to come back but not so much for the food, but for the vibe. The ambience here is absolutely amazing. It’s got this cozy, artsy charm that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a little creative pocket of OKC. The decor, the lighting, even the music, it all just fits perfectly and creates such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

The service was also great. Our server was attentive, friendly, and really made us feel taken care of without hovering too much. That part honestly stood out the most.

Now, about the food, it was okay. Not bad at all, but also not something I’d rave about. It just felt like it was missing something. The presentation was nice, and everything was cooked fine, but the flavors didn’t quite hit the mark for me. For a place that nails the atmosphere so well, I was hoping for a little more wow from the food.

Still, it’s a great spot for brunch, date nights, or hanging out with friends. I’d definitely come back — maybe try a few other dishes and enjoy that awesome ambience all over again.

I was very excited to try here because I love art and bringing it together with the atmosphere of food even better. After looking at their menu and seeing that they have vegan options I knew exactly what I wanted to try as well because before I was vegan meatloaf was a favorite of mine. It’s classic, comfort, and pairs well with just about any side dish (vegetables) so it was something that I made a lot before vegan. After vegan I hadn’t had it until tonight! They have the impossible meatless meatloaf and it comes with a vegan gravy, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. Absolutely perfect and if you didn’t tell me it was vegan I wouldn’t have known because even the gravy was delicious and fooled me. Seasoned well and made my meal exactly what I wanted. Comfort and good surrounded by beauty and art. I paired my meal with one of their mocktails and finished it with a vegan dessert the apple crumble cake. When I was seated I was information how every month they change their theme just a little on the food and drink aspect. The month of December is based on the classic holiday movie Home Alone. It gives the chefs and bartenders some creative range which is fun and exciting for us the customers as well. Reading the different names and descriptions of the food items and drink items was also enjoyable. They have different specials going on like veggie dinners where you get a four course meal and can pair it with different wines as well as private dinning area where special celebrations can occur. Not only was it family friendly I saw but it could also be very romantic, just depending on your needs/wants. I absolutely loved how it shows just how perfect we can coexist together no matter what are diatary is. They have plenty of non vegan options too. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Yes!!!! Just YES!!! Server was sweet.
Pear salad, steak salad, apple crumble were all perfectly delicious but… the avocado chocolate dessert was tops!!! Being GF/DF it’s rare to find a dessert I can safely eat, let alone enjoy.
OH MY WORD… LOVE IT!!

We came here for our anniversary a few weeks ago and had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was upscale without being pretentious or too expensive. I got the fish and chips. My wife got the Drunken Pear Salad with shrimp. Both were very good. The salad had these amazing spiced pecans. Honestly i could have just eaten a bowl of those. That should be an appetizer. We also got the the desert from the seasonal menus. For October they had a Rocky Horror theme. It’s chocolate cake with toasted marshmallows and Gelato. It was great as well. Great experience. Will definitely go back.

The Paseo District is a really neat area, lots of shops, has been fixed up very neatly. The Picasso cafe is a very neat building. We starting off with the Fried goat cheese , they are a little too rich in taste for us , about 1 was all a person can eat. It was very loud in the area were were seated in. The table of 3 behind us seemed to want the whole restaurant to hear everything they said. Not sure why people think they have to be that loud . I ordered the Picasso burger , I wasn’t a fan of the blue cheese , it kinda overpowered the taste of the burger. The fries were good. My wife ordered the lettuce wrap, the ground chicken did not look very appetizing and the taste was about the same. We were not a fan of the either or restrooms. Kinda disappointed with our experience at the restaurant.

Creative and Innovative – Sunday Brunch is a work of art!
10:00am – 3:00pm on Sundays
It took me 4 years but I finally experienced my first brunch at Picasso Café. It was fantastic! My grown kiddos and I enjoyed every bite. My son ordered the Hot Stack Waffles (two waffles with green chili pulled pork topped with two over easy eggs and maple bacon syrup); he loved it, specifically had good things to say about the bacon. My daughter ordered the Garden Benedict (everything bagel topped with fresh mozzarella, arugula, heirloom tomatoes, and two poached eggs. Incudes chipotle hollandaise and balsamic caramel drizzle); she was very pleased and had good things to say about the side of grits. I tend to lean toward vegetarian and vegan dishes, and Picasso Café has an extensive non-meat menu. But today I decided on the Nashville Hot Chicken & Waffles. I enjoyed both the chicken and the waffle. I requested the honey spice sauce on the side, and I’m glad I did! It was delicious, but would have been too spicy for my pallet. We shared the Smoked Salmon + Avocado Spring Rolls and all 3 of us ordered the Cuban Espresso but the White Chocolate Raspberry coffee is a local favorite. Enjoy alcohol at brunch? They have a booze brunch menu just for you! If you’re new to the OKC Paseo Arts District, plan on exploring while you’re here. Whether you are an art enthusiast or not, this is a gem of a location!
Overall wonderful experience and 10/10 must try! We didn’t order alcohol or dessert but we did have an appetizer. Our total after 20% tip was $92. Worth every penny. Can you really put a price tag on delicious art?
