Wow. These tacos do not mess around. The family platter for four was more than enough, the sides were a nice bonus, but the steak and chicken were the real MVPs. Homemade tortillas sealed the deal because honestly, that’s next-level. Incredible quality for the price!

I ordered the platter for two thinking the portions would be a decent size for at least a day. Boy oh boy was I wrong, let’s just say I will not be coming back. How is it worth $27.15? While the food taste great, it just doesn’t justify the price. You don’t even get a drink, lol. I did see someone in the reviews state you get bigger portions by dining in, but that’s totally unethical. The young lady working the drivethrew was nice, so I won’t crap on her service of 5 stars.

Always good food and good service at Taco Tote. The food is fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want when you’re craving authentic tacos. The tortillas and fillings were excellent, and the salsa bar had a great variety that really lets you customize your meal. It’s a great spot whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down to enjoy a good meal. Definitely a spot I keep coming back to.

I’m ordering once again thru the drive thru window and the girl “ANDREA” was extremely rude. She got my order wrong and then I had requested a large drink and she gives me a regular sized drink. I let her know and SHE got bothered by it! She then tries to snatch the straw from my hand and I asked to speak to the manager. He was nice about it but these little high school girls don’t know anything about RESPECT! She was also going to hand my food order to the wrong car

Drove through the drive thru, asked the attendant which plate of street tacos came with a baked potato. The attendant said Bisteak tacos, I put in an order for that. Came home, no potato. Called back and the Manager said to come back today or tomorrow to pick up the potato and get a 10% off any item off the menu. You decide if you want this kind of service. I won’t be going back.

Pedro, the food server, was very attentive to our needs and knowledgeable when asked the difference between plates. This gentleman is without a doubt an asset to your establishment because he genuinely cares about what he does and about people in general. We’re not from El Paso but frequent this TacoTote often on our trips and he remembers us for no special reason at all other than he’s a friendly, caring individual.

How the hell can an institution justify charging people $6 for the most abismal tacos I’ve ever had in my life. The meat was fine, the corn tortillas were totally undercooked and soggy. I have never been so disappointed in a meal.
I will never recommend this place to a soul, and am extremely disappointed that a business in my hometown can justify the worst product delivery I have ever seen.
Train your staff, most of them seemed like teenagers, and they were all extremely unprofessional and obviously lack the understanding of what a quality customer experience should be, both in food, and in service. And if I’m not ordering a bloody side, why the hell am I still paying full price.

We came to the taco tote on Joe Battle and received excellent service! An older gentleman named Pedro attended us and was very nice and seemed to be extremely hardworking! I definitely recommend this place.

I had such a great experience at Taco Tote thanks to our server, Evangelina! She was welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was just right throughout our visit. She checked on us often without being overbearing and was quick with refills and anything else we needed. Her friendly personality really stood out and made the meal even more enjoyable.
