When our food did finally drive (after around 10 minutes of waiting) I was missing a patty off my double cheeseburger that I had ordered. While I waited for the waitress to come back so I could let them know of the mistake, I had all of my fries, which tasted undercooked and under seasoned. When she finally came back, I informed her that I was missing a patty like I had ordered. She told me the cooks would work on another patty and bring it out to me.
Why… would you make another patty? I’m assuming they MEANT that they were making me another burger, but the implied meaning was that they were literally going to bring me out a bare patty on a plate for me to assemble myself. This is Ruby Tuesdays, not Ikea. After around 15 minutes the manager came out to apologize for the inconvenience, and also told me that she would be putting my patty on a bun for me. How generous. 5ish minutes later, she [the manager Heather] produced a new, fresh double cheeseburger for me. She was very nice about it and I appreciated her bringing it out personally. Although the gesture was appreciated, both burgers still tasted heavily over salted. In the time it took for the kitchen to produce a single double cheeseburger, my partner had finished her entire meal
Speaking of, while it did all come out in one piece unlike mine, it cannot be said that her entree was any better. They ordered the Philly cheesesteak which came out to be mostly (undercooked) mushrooms and not much steak.
All in all, I don’t think I’ll be returning. I hope my experience was an atypical one, but not much could convince me to choose this establishment for dinner again.
We were on a serious time crunch trying to enjoy dinner before picking up our daughter, and from the moment we walked in, the staff worked together flawlessly. The hostess, Cindy, immediately stepped in to help by taking our order and communicating it to the manager, Jeanee, who quickly got everything entered and coordinated with our waitress, Summer.
Summer brought our drinks right away, delivered our meals promptly, and had the check ready so we could stay on schedule. Despite the rush, nothing felt rushed. The food was hot, delicious, and exactly what we ordered, and the service was friendly, calm, and professional the entire time.
Thanks to this incredible teamwork, we were in and out with plenty of time to spare and still enjoyed a genuinely great meal. This is what outstanding customer service looks like. Huge thanks to Cindy, Jeanee, and Summer for turning a stressful situation into a smooth, enjoyable dining experience. We’ll absolutely be back!
I arrived at the restaurant at the time I scheduled the pickup and asked the bartender who appeared to be the only service member accommodating online orders. This person was cold to me and my request for an order status.
I waited for an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes for an order I placed hours ago.
On the online menu, they had an item special for Monday’s which I had requested as well as the item my coupon was for. I received the bill which was placed to me rudely and the Monday special was $8 more than what was on the website. I inquired about it to the bartender who told me that they could not use the coupon and the special on the same order. I politely asked if I could just separate the two orders, and they went to speak to the manager. She came back and once again rudely slammed the $8 in front of me without saying a word.
There is only one reason why this place is getting 2 stars instead of 1 is that they honored the coupon and the Monday special prices. The steak was over cooked and not medium rare. Even a homemade Walmart steak is cheaper and better.
The sticky ribs taste like your eating a charcoal ! The wings is the size of a bird wings and taste so horrible! My sister in law ordered a specific chicken sandwich , no Mayo , it came with a Mayo and when she had it returned, in a second they bring in another one so , we are thinking , they must just wiped out the mayo and put up a new top bun she didn’t eat it cause the chicken breast she mark them with a pinch to make sure and exactly the same chicken breast , although she didn’t eat it we still have to pay for it .. The salad bar, all of the serving tongs and spoons is super dirty. I am from Seattle Washington , and this will add in NO … DO NOT GO BACK
She was very friendly and we as a group wanted you To know to ask for her when you go there for your next meal.
We even commented to the manager. You don’t often find good people like that who are working hard to raise their families.
We are looking forward to going back as they always have the best salad bar! ENJOY!
