Love the comfort of the Waffle House on a cold December morning! Basic food, grits, and a bottomless cup of coffee. We enjoyed our breakfast. Rather crowded, but we got a table. I like the diner atmosphere.

There were 1 waitress and one waiter. The waitress that waited on us wasn’t friendly stayed on her cellphone. The waiter didn’t use his cellphone he was doing all the work to clean while the waitress didn’t know how to give customer service. We had to ask for 2 cups ordered hot tea came in a glass for 2 people. Several times we had to ask for cups for myself and ex husband. Food was good the service was not good. I normally leave a tip for even good not great service. I didn’t leave a tip that wasn’t deserved.

I’ve gone here three weeks in a row now and it’s been such a blast having somewhere to unwind and eat after going to concerts in downtown Denver! I wasn’t a fan of the sandwiches but I adore the waffles and the classic breakfast sides. Great service even during a 3am rush.

Stopped by with some friends early a.m. New Year’s Day. They were super busy, and we were waiting patiently. One of the servers was cleaning off a table and stopped wiping a table to run outside after a couple dined and dashed.
Being raised in the restaurant business, I thought I would help, and started to wipe down the table that the server had walked away from.
The manager on duty started to yell at me, blaming me for rushing her staff. I explained I was trying to help. She then told me that if I wanted to help I should fill out an application.
Shocked by her rudeness, my friends and I walked out.
i have never eaten at a Waffle House, and it looks like I never will.
I hope that manager’s new year turns out to be better than how she chose to start it.

Upon arriving there was an absence of employees out in front smoking. The place was clean, No characteristic filth! The server and staff were polite (not even a little apathetic) and seemed to have all of their teeth, which was a first. Food looked like crap but was really good and more importantly cheap. There was just no drama between anyone! Overall it was a great I think experience just not what I go to Waffle House… someone throw a chair!

Our waitress Jan was super rude. All of the other workers in there seemed nice, but not our waitress. If I could give 0 stars for service I would. When asking questions about substitutions during ordering, the responses we got were very passive aggressive. She also never came over to check on us after we got our food. I had to get up and ask someone at the front for something if we needed it.

This is one of the best Waffle House locations in the country – and I’ve had a lot of experience with them. Food was excellent, service was excellent. The interior/exterior is reminiscent of 30 years ago, making this location somewhat of a time capsule. The friendly hospitality made it feel like you were in the southeast. Very pleasant experience, this is a great location.
