i recently visited the Chick fil A at 3147 Inner Perimeter Rd, in Valdosta, GA. I always like visiting this chain. Very consistent food, service is great, orders are correct, and the employees are so friendly. I ordered my chicken wrap and it was delicious. Good job!

I ordered from the Chick-fil-A app and picked up at the drive-thru at 3147 Inner Perimeter Rd, Valdosta, GA. I got the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich with a cup of Chicken Noodle Soup for lunch and a DASANI Bottled Water.
Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious! My order was ready quickly, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The sandwich was perfectly cooked, and the soup was comforting and flavorful.

Had multiple bad experiences here. Came here on a Wednesday and got a milkshake that had a hole in the cup. Instead of fixing they just put a napkin on the bottom. Came back that same weekend had a pretty large order and received no sauce after requesting it. Typically don’t leave reviews but this deserves one.

I did a drive thru order during my visit.
Staff was amazing, super friendly.
Initially, when picking up my food they forgot to include the chicken wrap that I had asked for.
However, they gave me no trouble when I came back around and let them know.
Then I realized they didn’t give me dressing for the wrap but I wasn’t bothered by that. The wrap was still good without it.

They took so long on my order that I was late to work. When I got to the window they took about 15 minutes just trying to make my ice coffee. The ice coffee was horrible. They seem like they didn’t know what they were doing. I thought this is Chick-fil-A that I was going to have a good experience with them and service before going to work. That experience was not good at all. Maybe , just maybe they had a bad morning that day. But I won’t go back to find out again especially if I am on my way to work. Get it together Chick-fil-A, get it together.

We love Chick-fil-a and support them 100% for what they stand for. The food is usually on point, but the past couple of times the food didn’t represent the Chick-fil-a we know. We tried the grilled chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese and lettuce and tomatoes. The sandwich was not good at all. The bun fell apart and the sandwich tasted like it had been made and had been sitting in the warmer for a while. The fries were not hot. We’re looking forward to going back, but we will be sticking with the original sandwich.

Garret is one of the best people I have ever seen working in the fast food/restaurant industry. He is ALWAYS so kind, so nice, so attentive and so friendly. He goes above and beyond to take care of each individual guest. I have never seen him in a bad mood, even at peak busy times. Keep up the outstanding work, Garret!
