Recently stayed at the W hotel while down in Fort Lauderdale Miami area with my Lamborghini car club! I’ve been to Miami in Fort Lauderdale many times, but this is my first time staying at the W there. I have traveled to 50 states in over 80 countries and have a great deal of experience in hotels and restaurants domestically as well as internationally And Fabio was one of the best bartenders, and provided some of the best service I’ve ever had anywhere in my life! I can’t say enough about my experience with him, his service, and how that speaks to the overall management, and climate of the hotel! Mckenzie was also wonderful! Again, I cannot say enough positive things about my experience there and highly recommend checking it out! Make sure to ask for Fabio!

Fantastic service! Three different servers continuously asked me if I needed anything. Loved the atmosphere and the food was delicious! Chicken sandwich was a great price for the large portions! Drinks were decently priced for the area as well. Best part is you don’t have to leave the hotel! Stunning beach views definitely don’t hurt.

We arranged a surprise birthday party at the Living Room. Decor is great, the singer and her band were awesome, great atmosphere. Everybody there was extremely helpful and many thanks to Haley and Mickelson for fabulous service. Shout out to Douglas at valet for his help!

Quite possibly the worst hotel service I’ve ever experienced. The staff is terrible and rude. I ordered room service and they forgot. The pool deck was closed for renovations last minute. The food was terrible at all restaurants in the property. Skip it. Stay at Westin since it’s next door and the same price.

The Living Room at The W Hotel in Fort Lauderdale is a wonderful place to connect with friends or that significant other. The bartenders really know their craft very well and are true mixologists. My wife and I had the pleasure of having both Fabio and Kim serve us. They were outstanding! It is obvious that they take pride in what they do and care about their customers. The specialty cocktails list was interesting to say the least. I enjoyed a different twist on an Old Fashioned which was made with tequila. It was called the Ancho Old Fashioned. My wife had a Malibu Bay Breeze, that was shaken not stirred, and apparently made it the best she ever had! We also enjoyed the humas and guacamole plates as well as the delicious Turkey Club. As for the desserts, they are off the charts good! Try the Key Lime Pie and the Crem Brulee. You will definitely get to your happy place. If you get to Fort Lauderdale, make sure that you grab a seat at the Living Room!

The views are beautiful of the beach, it’s spacious with indoor and outdoor seating, ,the DJ is great and there was live saxophone. Valet parking is available. Good variety of drinks. Bartenders A+ welcoming and polished. Food menu I would like to see more dishes that are more inventive and designed by a chef (check out The Katherine). It’s a classy place great for a date, after work drink, ladies night out, post dinner drink…
