This was my very first time ever eating from this place and it will surely be my last. The photo shows what I received though not what I ordered. I ordered the combination platter with white sauce through Door Dash. On the Door Dash app it states that it contains chicken, beef and lamb; I added the white sauce when placing my order. As you can see there are only 2 of what they advertise as real meat and no sauce. The meal was dry, I had to add ranch dressing, the grey meat or shall I say what is supposed to be lamb meat was flavorless and tasted like frozen meatballs; seriously. The rice taste like Rice-A-Roni and the red whatever it is supposed to be lacked flavor as well. I called the store 5 times for a refund only to be told repeatedly “I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry.” I was hungry up on twice, repeatedly told that the owner isn’t there and the person who said he was the manager and new there didn’t know how to issue me a refund. So, guess what; I will be calling The Better Business Bureau at Consumer Affairs and Code Enforcement first thing at 8 am tomorrow morning. I told them what I was going to do, and all I heard was “please wait until tomorrow and talk to the owner.” NO I WILL NOT WAIT,I’M ALREADY WAITING ON MY $20.69. It’s my money and I need it now! Let’s see how their inspection goes. You don’t treat people like that, basically you stole my money.

I’m very disappointed, I’ve been ordered from here a few times and they have always been on point . I just ordered from Uber Eats I got the buy 1 get one rice platter and the combo platter and wings . They only gave me the wings and the rice platter . Where is my combo at? It’s not even Ubers fault it’s whoever packaged my orders fault that I spent 54 dollars just to not receive all of my order this is ridiculous. Now I have to figure out something else for dinner and it will take me more time for that to happen I was really looking forward to my combo platter .

I stopped here for the first time minutes ago on my lunch break from class and the food was great! Everything was hot, fresh, clean ingredients, and the cost was decent too. The drinks were on the expensive side $1.50 – $2.50 so they weren’t worth it. But you need a drink with this food.
My biggest worry with Halal spots is what’s in the white sauce. The sauce here is the delicious tzatziki not the vinegar loaded stuff some places have.
The service was great too. The area is okay but don’t let your guard down around here!

Most of the time I order from this restaurant through DoorDash. Most occasions I have the best experience with my food. I often order fish sandwiches. Today I got the freshest sandwich as soon as they opened. They made the sandwich exactly how I like it without the tomato and lettuce. But if you want to order the sandwich as is, I guarantee you’ll have a great experience with the food here. This was one of the best places in town at first , it was super flavorful, the chicken was a good quality , the rice was great with a mixture of the perfect spices , but lately and I’m sorry to say so but it’s terrible and I feel disappointed to be honest I love the place and I love the staff but somebody is playing with the food quality and flavors , they started adding tomatoes and onions which is very cheap and taste really bad . And oh my God the chicken is full of tender. I really hope you guys get back on track and fix this problem as soon as possible
