This was my first time I visited this branch and usually when I order a drink at Starbucks I never ask for syrup cause I like my drink with no sugar in it , the cold foam sweet is enough for me and I usually like to mix the cold foam to get light sweet drink . But ldk why they still added syrup to my drink even though I didn’t ask , it was impossible to drink it and I had to pour this sweet drink into the sink , wasted $8 I have my 2 fav Starbucks branch in Cheyenne and when I order any drink I don’t even mention about syrup and they don’t add it But , next time I will mention about the syrup when I visit this branch, cause I like inside and love the stuff

This location was very clean and staff was super friendly. Got my order very quickly despite being fairly busy.

Passing through on our way back to Missouri and thought I stopped off at Cheyenne, WY Starbucks and ended up at little Portland. The moment you walk through the door it’s immediately obvious this place cares more about extreme left wing activism than serving coffee. Ironically Starbucks made a big media push to let everyone know they were moving to uniforms so they didn’t immediately alienate half of their customer base since a good chunk of their employees looked more like protestors than employees. This location just moved everything to the walls. Good luck to you on chasing your dream, but it definitely won’t be with our money.

Centrally located in downtown Cheyenne. Could use a renovation, but Hey, so could most of downtown. Alternative might be the Library cafe a few blocks away or another Starbucks on Yellowstone about a mile north.

Usually I love Starbucks, but today they could not break my mother’s 100 dollar bill so NEITHER of us got our drinks and snacks that we REALLY wanted >:(

Greeted upon entering, used my name when ordering and when food was up, and as I left, they all said thank you with my name and all said have a great day!! Tremendous hospitality

The place was nice and as a visitor it was very nice change of pace from the Starbucks I’m used to. Also the staff there were super friendly and making small talk while we were ordering. Also I went in to get a travel mug and the lady behind the counter personally went to go look for it for me cause they just got it which was nice, overall best Starbucks I’ve been to.

I’ve been away from Cheyenne for a while. Returning for a visit to the city and Starbucks is like I never left. I love visiting both!

I used to like this store, however it is very disappointing to see not just one but two pride flags hanging on the wall. The lack of love for your country speaks volume. I will no longer come to this Starbucks if that is what you stand for. We are all Americans and what represents us the best is our American flag and the love we should “at least” have for our country.
