Canyon Coffee is such a gem in Stayton. The coffee is consistently high quality, the food is delicious, and the vibe is exactly what you want whether you’re meeting friends, having a casual business chat, or settling in to get some work or studying done. They’ve created multiple seating areas that feel cozy but open at the same time — it’s just a great atmosphere.

I especially love their gluten-free options — it’s so nice to have choices that are actually tasty and thoughtfully made. They also have a great selection of Smith’s teas, smoothies, and other drinks, so there’s truly something for everyone.

The owners are genuinely lovely people, which makes the whole experience even better. You can tell they care about quality and community.

Plus, being right on N 3rd, you’re steps away from strolling to places like the Marketplace and Tuff Shark Records — it makes for the perfect little Stayton outing.

Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in town!

A delightful little coffee shop with a cozy, relaxing vibe. Ive been searching and have finally found a place that serves delicious, fresh espresso. I was getting hangry and was pleasantly surprised to discover they also serve warmed pastry called Sunrisers; bacon egg and cheese bundled up and slathered in sausage and gravy that will satisfy your hunger cravings and pairs perfectly with coffee. All around a great place to sit with friends to have good conversations.

Stopped in after a trip to Pioneer park. We had iced coffees, a cortado, and a couple of smoothies. We also tried the sundowner, biscuits and gravy, and some croissants. The food was good, and the coffee was great. The lounge area was perfect for the kids as they mostly played hangman on the chalk board. And friendly owners too.

If you’re in the area, call in and support this local business. You won’t be disappointed.

Stopped in on a walk and had two Sunrisers and a couple lattes. The breakfast treats are excellent! Flaky puff pastry with egg and either bacon or sausage inside. Yummy and fresh! They also have a good selection of gluten free items, including scones and bars. The coffees were great, too. It’s nice to have another breakfast and coffee option in town. Give them a try!

Awesome food and great people! The Tomato bisque and three cheese panini are some of the best I’ve had, and they have a lot of gluten free options!
