Got a delivery order from Montes, and it was very good! Didn’t go to the restaurant, so I can not comment on the building or service, but the food got to me quick, and the driver was friendly too! The food was really good! From the sides were great, the main course was great too, and the dessert was tasty! No complaints. Try Montes if you’re nearby or in the mood for such food!
Pictures are of the food in question!

Monte’s Grill and Bar is a small Indian restaurant connected to the adjoining BP station—not really suitable for a formal date, but a solid option for casual dining or takeout. I ordered the butter chicken and appreciated that they offered a custom spice level. Prices are slightly higher than Curry Corner, but parking is much easier despite the smaller restaurant footprint.
The menu reveals Monte’s is affiliated with Spices Restaurant, which shows in the quality. You get proper plates for dine-in service, not just disposable containers, and the presentation was excellent. The butter chicken itself was delicious, though the portion might have been slightly smaller than Curry Corner’s serving size.
Bottom Line:
Slight edge to Curry Corner for value and portions
Spices remains the best formal date option
Monte’s is a convenient, quality choice for casual meals, with easy parking and excellent food

Amazing option for takeout. Truly a great addition to the neighborhood. Very authentic flavor, and everything I have gotten has been cooked to order and absolutely delicious. The samosas are my favorite, and we pair them with some fried rice and mango lasi. I can’t recommend this place enough for the quality of food. The atmosphere is not one that I would chose to sit down and dine, but there are plenty of options for that. Come here if you want fresh, delicious, authentic Indian food.

Chicken was pretty dry but the flavor was good in the sauces. I ordered delivery so I can’t speak on atomosphere. My delivery order was delayed twice which was frustrating but is what it is. I think the biggest frustration was lack of details on the menu. I would have purchased a extra rice if I knew the entrees came with it. I had checked the montes website,Uber, and door dash and there was no clarification of what comes with what.

Totally trash. This restaurant is selling food that has gone bad. They don’t care about customers. Vegetable curry was boiled vegetables in hot water, no flavors at all. Mango lassi was sour and tasted so bad. And they don’t care to send a straw even when you request for utensils. Shame on such a restaurant. This way they will run out of business very soon.

This is the best Indian food my tastebuds have ever had the pleasure of experiencing in my entire life. I say this as someone who loves Indian food and have eaten at many Indian restaurants in different metropolitan areas. 2 minor things I didn’t like – styrofoam(and plastic), and my main course orders didn’t include rice as standard. The quality of the food was spectacular.

The food was excellent. I ordered the onion pakoda and just a typical Chicken Tikka Masala. The first thing I noticed is that, while some of it was microwaved, like the rice, the rest of the order seemed freshly cooked, and it was delicious. I could see the cook actually cooking most of the order on the stove, and it took some time, so that’s definitely a plus. The Chicken tikka masala was excellent. Chicken was cooked properly, as were the peppers. The jasmine rice was definitely microwaved, but it’s rice, so who cares? The onion Pakoda was beautiful. There wasn’t a single bit of onion that wan’t covered by delicious batter, They were tender, and they pulled apart with ease. The wait was worth the result.
The only issue is that I wish I didn’t have to go next door to the BP gas station in order to pay. That was a little bit awkward.

Have been driving past this place for a while now, figured I’d jump the gun and place an order.
Ordered the Aalu Gobi, and the Green Chicken Korma.
The food was fantastic, everything was very fresh, and i really enjoyed it.
Would like if the menu showed what is, and what is not dairy-free. But all in all, I’m very happy with the quality of the food.

Really pleased with the taste. Made by Nepalese guy. I would definitely recommend food from there. I am not sure I would eat at restaurant but definitely I will be taking out more from there.
Cook is very friendly and modified to your liking which is very greatly appreciated by me.
