Every time my children and I have been to this McDonald’s they have messed up our order, not just by a little, but literally every part of the order was wrong so you’re probably asking yourself why I keep going to the same location well that’s simply because I think that maybe they might be training the people that messed up the order or maybe they were just in a super hurry and very busy But it’s been time and time again that they never ever get it right the manager at night has an attitude about fixing the order every single time and it’s not until I mention calling customer service that she adjusts the attitude a bit. Either which way I’m very displeased with the service and the food quality of this location someone needs to do something about this ASAP new management, please!

Horrible service.
I was placing an order and was told to wait so the lady could argue with someone in the back and talk about one of the workers. This continued for 5 minutes. I decided to pull up to the front to order and they were laughing, joking and proceeded to tell me they didn’t know how to take an order and told me to wait.
Decided to go elsewhere.

Ordered 2 meals on the kiosk, after 10 minutes I decided to ask about the order. No counter people at this location. I peeked around and finally got someone’s attention. All I saw was people playing around in the kitchen. The manager came to the counter and she said oh yes we are waiting on your home style. After another 7 minutes passed our order was brought out. Fries were not fresh and they were too dark.

Don’t bother. They are new and unorganized. Ordered a Big Mac combo NO SAUCE. Got home to a sauce filled sandwich. Called and spoke with an unprofessional woman named Joetta who claimed to be the manager that said they don’t offer refunds. Only come back for them to redo my sandwich.
