Staff forgot part of my order. Went back to get it and employee was rude, insisting that they packed it. Condescending and uncooperative. I’m pretty easy going. Mistakes happen. I wasn’t asking for extras or demanding a refund. I just want what I paid for. This location has truly gone downhill. Every time I order from there, I’m quickly reminded why I rarely give them my business.

So much fun to be had when ordering your favorite sub. The owners are quick with a joke, don’t mind if you like salt and pepper added before your sub is toasted, and never short changed on toppings. My favorite every Friday place.

Usually the service is mediocre, but honestly terrible the last 2 times I’ve been here. Less and less options with more and more prices. Maybe a 4/10 but the service was great, just Subway sucks for the price. Their app is supposed to be online at 9am, but you’d be lucky to catch it online at 10am

With the new owners this place has really gone down hill. They are not friendly, they do not give the correct amounts of meats. Don’t bother paying for extra because you will not get it. They do not support any deals or coupons. I would rather spend the extra gas money and drive the 15 minuets fallscity subway.

First off, this store doesn’t seem support ANY deals at all. I’ve checked almost a dozen times and none of the App deals are accepted here, even the super basic ones. (A strong sticking point for me considering the current economy)
Ever since the change in management they have gone downhill. I’m not sure there’s a difference in food quality, but health standards (like wearing gloves) aren’t properly enforced and they can be very obstinate when your mobile order was taken by someone else.

I have been coming to this subway location for a number of years and it appears that this subway is now under new management. As I was walking up, it seemed as though the staff were laughing at me and the service was not so great this time. These employees might be from El Salvador or somewhere closer around that area. I don’t know if it’s part of their culture, to laugh at customers. Probably wont go back for a while especially after being refused the freshest bread upon request. I refuse to be like Donald Trump, and say “build the wall” Thanks for reading.
