I don’t usually like leaving negative reviews but this made me lose all appetite. There was a strand of hair in my fries, and the Avocado Bacon Chicken Sandwich was a bit too oily.
Couldn’t finish them and had to unfortunately discard them. Did not worth the $18+ dollar spent. Airport Shake Shack… ♂️

I read most of the negative reviews here but I decided to give them a try and I did. My order was double shack and fries. Burger was so good and fries as well. There were like 5 people front of me but I got my order within 5 mins only which considered FAST!
There were more than 5 guys working hard on the back there. The lady on pick up desk was really kind. Cashier wasn’t smiling at all and not friendly.

Delcious burgers and Karen at the register is so sweet! Helped me wrap my burgers to go for on the plane. Best burgers I’ve had in ages! I had the burger, cheese and bacon fries and red line shake. So so good!

The food (an avocado bacon burger, fries, and strawberry shake) was good.
The service was terrible. It was clear the folks at the front counter were miserable. The whole staff looked miserable.
One interaction I witnessed was the gal at the front counter trying to talk to a member of the staff restocking the expo station. The person doing the refill literally held their hand up, palm out almost in the counter gal’s face and just kept walking.
The atmosphere is exactly what you expect from the hallway in front of the bathrooms.

Best burgers of my life. Each bite was delicious. I ordered:
1. Chicken Shack (Crispy chicken breast topped with lettuce, pickles, buttermilk herb mayo)
and
2. Double Smoke Shack (Cheeseburger with cherry peppers opplewood-smoked bacon, ShackSauce)
– Highly recommend eating here.
– Top quality burgers with heavenly taste.
– These guys have magic chefs.

I love the Mushroom Burger. It taste very good. It took about 7-9 minutes, what I think is okay. Not much to say about the service, everything goes quite fast. We also eat the cheese fries, that one is not everyone’s taste. But the fries alone is good.

Shake shack has always been really good no matter where I’ve been to one. If you’re hungry for breakfast in the airport, this is a good place to go. They offer breakfast sandwiches with either sausage or bacon. They were very nice and prompt to greet me, and everyone was attentive when I was paying attention to them. As far as airport food goes, this is not a bad option.
