It was my first time at this one, I understand they have a few more and I would love to visit them all. This one was nice with a romantic atmosphere. The service was fantastic. The food was great, I had their Halibut which I expected to pay a bit more for. It was nicely cooked and came with potatoes and baby vegetables. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. The margarita I had so good and served with fresh pineapple. I loved everything about this place.

Had high hopes here after several people recommended. We had a mixed experience. The service was extremely slow both drinks and food. The mile was good. We also got a platter. The relleno was delicious; the cheese quesadilla very good; the beef in the taco was so dry and stringy it was inedible. The rice was dry and tasteless. This space is spectacular but from our visit service and food hit or miss. It’s also overpriced even for LA!

Amazing Mexican restaurant.
You can valet for the mall but remember restaurant doesn’t validate it.
Good cocktail list. Their house margarita was okay but the jalapeño margarita was good.
Guacamole was okay overall. Salsa was great. Highly recommend the vegetarian enchiladas – the sauce has a kick and is great. Fajita chicken was quite flavorful but they do have grilled poblano peppers in the veggies. Fried ice cream hit the spot.

The restaurant has a really nice design and atmosphere, and we were seated pretty quickly, which was great. The food was good overall, though not particularly memorable or anything that stood out. Service was fine but could be a bit more organized and attentive. Overall, it’s a solid spot for lunch.

Our server was lovely, although I had to wave for her after a while so we could order. Another server consumed her attention.

When our food came, 3 of us with hot food were served, but etiquette dictates that if not all food is on the table we wait for the last to be served for all to start eating – as our food was getting cold – then our guest’s salad finally arrived.

Through my life I have loved chicken with Mole especially Poblano mole. Yesterday I enjoyed that dish at Javier’s. Yes it was delicious but truly disappointing to see that the thigh and leg had bone in making it very difficult and annoying to eat killing the pleasure of that dish. Even at finer restaurants I have had that dish with a Brest of chicken deboned. Yes, I was very disappointed.

The new decor is truly beautiful, spacious and bright, and everyone was having a great time. The noise level obligated us to- a round table of four – to raise our voices to sometimes yelling to carry on a conversation with our guest across from me.

Shall I return. Maybe.

Had a wonderful time at Javier’s in the Century City Mall. The moment we walked in, the music set the perfect tone ~ lively, warm, and exactly what you want for a fun Mexican dining experience. The atmosphere is beautiful and inviting, with a stylish design that still feels relaxed and welcoming.
We loved how vibrant the energy was throughout the evening, and it really made the whole experience feel special. Whether you’re coming for a date night, a celebration, or just a great meal, Javier’s delivers an amazing vibe. Definitely a spot we’ll be returning to!

Outstanding flavor and awesome service. We ventured out to this spot on an extended layover at LAX and it was a great choice to say the least. If you like Mexican and a great atmosphere look no further. We’ll done in deed.

The ambience here is amazing; wide-open space, cool interior, and cozy feels. The server was very helpful and friendly. However, food… food was honestly not that great for how much it was. I don’t mind paying for overpriced dishes as long as the food matches up to it. But here, it fell short. Fajita was bland as it can be. Enchiladas were average. For $45+, I expect great, not average. Would honestly not come back for the second time.

Expensive but pretty good. Go there with a group to enjoy the atmosphere together. Large tables, great service, amazing food.

Took the wife here for Valentines. We have been to the one in Newport and Irvine. I have to say this one was the best one, you can eat then walk it off in the mall or shop first then eat. Service needs some improvement. Our food took a while and our waiter went M.I.A for a while. But food was great. Prices went up again so prepare your budget.
