Tried this place out since Cheesecake Factory was at max capacity. I was surprised there were so many tables available here, and honestly shocked that there was a 30 minute wait too when there were about 10 tables open. Once the food came, it made sense. The broccoli had a cleaning solution taste to it which grossed me out. There were sections of the chicken that were a little too overly slimey textured. And the edamame was just mush and over cooked. The floor was disgusting with pieces of all sorts of food scattered around our table. The staff all seemed annoyed, almost over worked/under staffed attitude. First and last time eating here for sure.

Never again. Albeit the food is great, but my last two experiences were absolute trash. Recently dined and waited 30 minutes to sit. Not worried about that as we shopped in the Apple Store across from it. Once sat, it took close to 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Total time spent in the restaurant was 2 hours. I’m not one to Karen a restaurant, so tipped the 20% and left. Food and alcohol came to $115. Watched other tables get up and leave while waiting to be greeted by their server. So I called the next day and spoke with a manager. She told me she would refund my order and I said that’s not necessary. Just take care of us the next time we come in. She said she would comp our next meal. We go back one week later, introduce ourselves to the manager that told us this and sit down. Service was faster, but let me preface this part. We chose the same exact meal as last time and made sure no alcohol was purchased. I wanted to be fair and not take advantage of them. That’s not what I’m about. The server then comes back with a bill with $40 deducted. I was furious. That’s not what she told us would happen. Again, I chose to just get up and leave after paying. So unprofessional. I’d rather just share my experience here. What’s that saying? Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me? Now I wish I had bought alcohol since I would have been paying for it anyways!

Went with my mother in the middle of a weekday. Around 1 pm. It took 20 minutes for someone to notice us at the front to sit us. Then our appetizer took a VERY long time considering it was 2 soups. As soon as we took a bite our food came out. This place is all out of wack. Bad timing of pretty much everything. I will say our server was nice and offered us a drink OTH because of our issues. I just feel that this is not acceptable and I have heard MANY talks of the same service. Even the managers at the store seem to not stick to their word, or do anything useful. Sorry to say I will never come back. China Garden will have to be the way.

Stopped in today to try the new dumplings for Chinese New Year since my computer was being fixed at the Apple Store (and we had a wait). The butternut squash dumplings were amazing !!!!! I am shocked this isn’t a regular menu item, would 100% order again. Emily was my server and she was LOVELY! Since this was my first time at a PF she told me about the reward program, helped with my menu questions and was very attentive. She handled multiple tables with grace and care. I usually dine pretty quick and go on my way, but Emily made me feel so welcome. The decor is also very nice, 5 stars ! Coming back next month for my mom’s birthday! Thank you

This place is awesome. Best restaurant in the mall now. Everything we ate was delicious and filling. From the pork dumpling appetizer to the beef and broccoli and the spicy chicken. We ordered lunch specials which came with and entree and an appetizer for like $14
The hot and sour soup and egg drop soup were both very flavorful and hot. Beef was tender and saucy with crunchy fresh broccoli and lomein on the side. The spicy chicken was tender and had a kick to it and got it with white rice. I also had to try the hot tea, I picked the peach ginger tea and went perfect with my meal. Fast friendly service. Plenty of room so sit , they also have a full bar. I will for sure be back.
