disappointed because i used to love this place, but today went to get takeout and they completely messed up my order (see pictures — ordered ankake/egg drop udon and DID NOT receive that. also requested no green onions and they ignored this).

Best damn udon in the game. My kids love this place for years. Every birthday, they make me come here.

Very mediocre noodles…. Ramen wasn’t good, udon didn’t meet up to my expectation either. All are very plain. Atmosphere and service is good but food is not worth going back.

Our go to ramen spot and we drive from Aliso to get here. Excellent flavors and the service is always on top of it and warm and friendly. Since we’ve had a baby, we eat much earlier, before the dinner rush, and it’s so family friendly. Tons of families with kids and babies of all ages can enjoy a comfortable meal here. They even offer food scissors, toy and coloring for the kiddos.

The curry udon is soooo good. You won’t be disappointed. Busy during dinner time. Plan for a wait. Take out at this location is great too. Order 5 minutes before you need it! They are soooo fast!

Overall a great experience! The food was amazing and the time between the food was very short! My partner never tried black sesame dish before but absolutely loved the sesame spinach. They also have vegan options for people like me, the vegan poke dish was amazing!

I’ve been going to this place since 2019. Even if it’s a long drive, I found it worth it because it’s the only place I know that doesn’t make their curry udon watery. I’m not surprised the prices went up, but they took out the size options for the udon, and what’s worse is their curry udon no longer has a thick consistency. In the pictures I’ve added, you’ll notice the curry udon now looks lighter compared to the older photo (I can’t edit captions on photos so I meant to put 3/4/25 on the most recent pic).It really does sadden me that the quality of food has lowered, and I have to pay more for it. It’s no longer worth the long drive and I think it’s better if I make curry udon at home…

We went on Sunday and had to wait a little but got seated soon. The Hakata soup base is Tonkotsu pork with think noodles, which is my choice. You can ask for different noodles with extra charge. I really like their pork fried rice, it’s a must to try next time you go there, delicious

The food was okay. We had to sit on the bar, but everything was okay.

Visited the one after a very long time. It seems they have more Idin options since the last time I visited. We ordered Nabeyaki using, Hamata Ramen with shrimps tempura roll set, seaweed salad, deep fried Gyoza. The ramen is so delicious and it’s my go to place for Ramen. Definitely to check out this place and enjoy yummy ramen when you’re in area.
