. Marc that was there was doing literally all the jobs cashier, curbside. 6 people working and only one person knew how to make the coffee. Took 30 mins for a 3 item order. And my iced mocha is wrong. Marc said “it’s js overwhelming so sorry for any attitude”.. We get where they are coming from but dang man. And js so upset since I was looking forward to having a good mocha. This is js ridiculous. I’m hoping that this changes.

the food is great I haven’t had a bad experience here but that’s not what I’m here to talk about. There is a worker here that deserves employee of the century, this poor kid has worked gone to school and then immediately went to work right after if you ever see him please give him a nice hello. Other than that the food is great I won’t lie it’s not perfect but nothing is so it’s pretty good!

The night shift appeared very understaffed and overwhelmed, which caused long delays in getting orders out. Unfortunately, my burger was undercooked and I had already eaten half before realizing it. Additionally, the play area and lobby were in poor condition. This location could really benefit from stronger management oversight.

My experience was great ! I order my mcdouble a certain way no ketchup no mustard add mayo but this time they must have not heard me because it came with k and mu it’s ok I ate it and it was ok fries were hot and salty and fresh but I rarely have any problems ordering with this particular McDonald’s the staff is always super friendly and out of all the times i order a ice cream cone it only wasn’t working 1 time so overall I rate this McDonald’s higher than average or at least higher than any San Antonio McDonald’s.. I would order from this restaurant rather than a San Antonio location any day just based on trust and friendliness… Can I have a complimentary meal for this review lol jk it’s not needed but willing to accept

I honestly never leave reviews for fast-food places, but today I had to make an exception. From the moment this young lady named Jaiden R at McDonald’s took my order to the moment she handed me my food, she was absolutely outstanding. Her attitude was so pleasant, her personality so warm, and her customer service so genuine that it truly stood out.
In a world where good service is hard to come by, she made my visit feel refreshing and appreciated. She deserves recognition for representing McDonald’s with such positivity and professionalism. Employees like her make all the difference!

I’ve been to this location many many times especially in the mornings. I normally get the ice coffee, always made to my taste.
I have to say the cashier lady at the first window (whom I apologize for not getting your name) is always welcoming and very friendly, ready with a smile giving out positive vibes.

ate her with gf, fantastic experience. Manager took my order, very professional guy with amazing customer service. Food was 10/10 if you come make sure the manager fufills your order. Will for sure be coming back.

This place is just awful . Employees don’t acknowledge you when you’re standing right there in front of you wanting to just ask a question. When they do finally acknowledge you they are very rude and rush you into asking your questions. Employees are loud and they talk to each other very ugly and disrespectful where the customers can actually hear them. They get your orders wrong not only once but twice . Very slow in bringing out your orders wrong. Some just stand there talking . Also no soda no ice cream very bad overall experience won’t come back to the store
