Today was my first time at this CFA. They were exceptional. I am from out of town and came in to do a book study and get some work done and some yummy CFA. Michelle was super friendly and helpful. And Rachel was very good. I was here for both breakfast and lunch. Very pleased! I will be back for sure when I visit town several times this year.

First time eating at this fast food chain. They forgot to give me my cup of Ice cream. I didn’t realize it until I got home, I live 20 minutes away. I tried calling them and the phone rings four or five times, then give you a recording saying, your call cannot be completed at this time. Food is not as good as people pretend it to be. People will say anything. I got ripped off by Chic-fil-A. Not going back for the ice-cream.

So I eat here a lot and I have to say, its horrible anytime after 2 pm most days. There’s a sweet lady at 6:30 in the morning that has made my order correct every time and the guy before her was the same., along with the other employees I saw. It takes a lot to get me to put enough effort to write a review, but the past 6 orders I have had 4 were wrong, in the past 7 days….

Welcome to god’s chicken shack. You will most definitely have a pleasant experience here because the staff will bend over backwards to make it happen for you. The actual food it’s okay, I would definitely not say it’s the greatest in the industry, but it’s good and it’s fresh. This is one of the few places where you can get a great salad on the go. This restaurant is closed on Sundays. But that’s okay. After all, when you’re this good, you gotta have a handicap so you’re competitors can try to keep up.

The food quality is absolutely garbage. Chicken is soggy and bland. Bread is gross. Fries are hard, old, and inedible. Threw all the food in the garbage. Eating it made me want to physically vomit. On a positive note my Dr pepper was great.

This is the worst Chick Fil A I’ve ever been to. Since the reopening, every visit something is wrong. Whether that be missing items or receiving the incorrect items. What used to be a reliable meal has turned into a fiasco ever time. As someone who is allergic to gluten, when I order the grilled nuggets and receive the breaded nuggets, I should not have to “reorder” and repay for the item I originally ordered because someone entered the order incorrectly.

This location has significantly gone down hill since the renovation. Items are constantly missing or incorrect, and the quality of the food is not the chick fil a standard. I used to love this location, but after several bad experiences, I will not be returning

I usually don’t like to leave reviews but this time I had to. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo. The grilled chicken took up half the bun and the medium fry I ordered had literally 3 fries and crumbs. Recently they have been filling fries up half way and this is just terrible

This is like the 2nd time or so since they reopened that my order was not right upon arriving home with it. Customer service doesn’t seem to be what it used to be. Always thought they were a little pricey for their food that isn’t even that good. Needless to say, half my order went in the garbage because its not what i ordered, and its just not worth going back up to complain anymore. Will not be repeating this place anymore. And the poor kids standing outside taking orders in single digit temperatures is a crazy.
