I have came to this location before and had good service the food has always been good but today was an experience I’ve never had. The cashier I placed my order with, Christina, was amazing. As soon as I walked through the door she greeted me with a smile and was very joyful while putting in my order she made me feel like she was happy i was there. Christina also made sure everything in my order was how i liked it down to asking if i would like lemon in my lemonade which is something i have never before been asked. Like i said i have never had a bad experience at this restaurant everyone has always been nice but today Christina definitely blew me away

This is fast food done right. We walked into a completely packed Chick-fil-A with a line from the drive thru, and ordered at the front counter. The cashier was professional, fast, and friendly despite how busy it was. By the time we sat down, our food arrived in about 3 to less than 5 minutes, which honestly blew our minds. That’s the fastest we’ve ever received food in a full restaurant.
What really stood out was the service. I stood up with my drink to go get a refill and was immediately stopped by a team member who kindly asked for my cup and brought me a refill themselves.

We were in the area and decided to stop by for lunch before heading home. Christina immediately greeted us with friendliness, warmness, and lots of compliments about my children. Brandon, I believe the manager, also came over to say hi to me and my children. Capri came by and carried all of our drinks over to our table. She helped grab the plastic table covers, and even came back to help with trash. Everyone was really so kind and sweet! I will drive the 30min for this experience every time! May God bless these people because they sincerely made my week!

I enjoy ordering from this Chick-fil-A because the workers are always so nice and friendly. Unfortunately, I recently had a disappointing experience with one manager. I received the wrong order, and instead of helping me, she told me she couldn’t even look up my order. Her attitude came across as rude and dismissive.
I come here often, so I know this isn’t the norm, but it was upsetting. Everyone makes mistakes, and I don’t mind pointing them out when they happen—but it’s important that they be corrected in a professional and kind manner. I hope this is addressed, because Chick-fil-A is usually known for excellent customer service.

I like this location, but they sometimes get our orders incorrect or have missing items which is disappointing. We still eat here though due to friendly staff and convenience!

I love Chick Fil a , The teens that work there seem very sweet and friendly . Except one Rude woman who looks to be around her 20s . I noticed that she’s always rude to her employees and then has the audacity to pick favorites . I come here often so im not going crazy . Her name is Sonia and i seen her with horrible attitude. This place must do something about it because yes we should tell others to fix their mistakes but in proper manner . Do better with who you hire for upper rank chick fil a .

I placed my order at 11:15. I got here at 11:30 and it is now 11:42 and I’m still waiting for my nuggets to come out the way is ridiculous. I love the Customer Service of the workers but the wait is insane.

Tastes great and service is great. Definitely recommend the new pimento cheese spicy sandwich. But value is lacking I think. Nuggets are tiny and sandwich is definitely not considered large.
