We ordered a couple dozen cupcakes so last minute and the bakery was able to make it work! I was still able to customize the icing and add chocolate crumbles to look like dirt (birthday was construction themed). Everyone is spoke to was so kind and professional and accommodating. My son said they were delicious also! Highly recommend and we’ll certainly be back! 10/10

Love the pastries here, and the prices are very reasonable. The service, however, is extremely hit or miss. I’ve had both very pleasant and not so great experiences with the customer service. The most recent time I stopped in, I was the only person in there and I was not greeted, the girl didn’t ask how she could help, no acknowledgment whatsoever. After a few minutes of me looking at what was available, she finally spoke up, just “whenever you’re ready”. I picked out my pastries, paid, and thanked her. She barely acknowledged any of the interaction, didn’t thank me or acknowledge me when I thanked her. A little warmth and kindness goes a long way, both on the customer side AND the employee side.

This place is usually really good. I went on a Sunday morning and they didn’t have anything fresh. We wanted a loaf of sausages and pepper bread for the game that was sitting out on the counter all night. It was from yesterday. The pastries were scarce everything was from the day before I even asked the lady if anything fresh she said it was all made yesterday. I don’t know about you, but I wanna go to a bakery. I want fresh stuff. If not, I can go to a supermarket actually get better stuff at the supermarket. I bet at least we know it’s fresh.

The cake decorator was a nightmare to deal with! I ordered a cake for my daughter’s 1st birthday! From the start ordering the cake, she could not decorate any way i wanted without it costing me $$$$ so i had to simplify what i wanted and its still was a lot of money but i needed a cake so i agreed to go through with it! I made a simple pregnant mom mistake and i owed them money for the cake the day before the party…well my mistake is that with all the party planning and things i had to do the day before i forgot! So the next morning (day of the party) i called with nerves bc i forgot to pay and was hoping i could pay them immediately and all would be good! NOPE! She told me she wasnt making my cake anymore bc i didnt pay! I told her i was calling to pay! Then she said well she wont be able to deliver the cake till the end of the party bc she dodnt have a delivery driver! That is insane! Arent u supposed to look at ur orders for the day and maybe call the people that didnt pay and confirm with them if u r still making the cake or not? My order requested a delivery driver for over a week before, i understand my payment is important , no payment no cake i get it! But i forgot i wasnt trying to be difficult! They had my number on the order form they could have called me before end of the day, the day before and asked me if i still wanted the cake and if so to pay over the phone! I cant tell you the way she made me cry! She was so mean she told me shes not making my cake and when i got angry bc how do u not have a cake for ur daughters first birthday and i had 60 people coming to this party in 3 hours from this point! She argued back to me and then got so impatient that she decided to hang up the phone! Luckily i called back and spoke with the manager and he told me that they were absolutely making my cake and that the cake decorator was supposed to call me back but she didnt and i opted for my husband to go pick it up bc i can’t have this problem today! So unprofessional of her to treat a customer this way! This would be the 3rd time coming to her and this is how she treats her repeat customers? She was always difficult to deal with though, in the past she told me she still would have to charge me the full decorating price if i bought the decorations for her to stick on bc “she is still decorating it” which then again i would understand but she is just so mean about it and difficult to talk to! Its either she hates her job so much or she takes it too seriously and thinks she owns the place! The fact she did this to me the day of my daughters party is sickening! I was so upset, who does this to a pregnant woman whose just trying to make her daughters first birthday special! I admitted my mistake on the phone i apologized she should have just understood and been nice and said no problem we will take ur payment and i will make ur cake , but instead in her exact words was “oh no im not making ur cake anymore u didnt pay” and i responded i was calling to pay and she said ”well either way i cant get it to you until end of day bc i dont have a driver right now” which angered me and argued her bc she said it so nasty like she was trying to get out of making my cake! So i got loud, i cursed at her and told her off bc she scared me and was very mean so i reacted and then she said “well now i dont need ur payment bc im definitely not doing business with you” and proceeded to hang up! So if u want a cake for a SPECIAL occasion and you want a place thats FUN, and INVITING, and EASY to work with….THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!
The cake decorators name is Cindy i believe, & she also made the cake EXTRA soaked in rum when i SPECIFICALLY requested NO RUM in the cake! Very SPITEFUL! I payed full price! I payed $115 for a plain white cake for 60 people with colorful roses on top! I honestly could have went to Sam’s Club and gotten a better cake for a third of the price and also less headache!

Beautiful looking cake , spent $125. For a baby shower with 40 guest. All of the pieces of cake was sent back. All complaints saying the icing tasted like lard very oily. The cake itself was good. The icing was very disappointing. What makes matters worse, went to bakery to not get money back, but to simply inform the owner of the disappointment owner could care less waived me away, was not sympathetic at all, was basically told they have a lot of decorators. They can’t keep an eye on all of them I would never go back, and I recommend no one else does very very poor service.

DON’T TRUST THEM!!
Went in to buy cookies for a family get together. I asked the woman if there were any nuts in the cookie platter as people in my family have nut allergies. She told me no, and I asked her again. Asked if there was almond flour as well to which she replied no.
These are almond cookies I found in the platter! THEY HAVE NO CLUE AS TO THE PRODUCTS THEY ARE SELLING!
It was purely luck that no one had a LIFE THREATENING ALLERGIC REACTION!

This bakery is underrated, reasonably priced, the cake for our shower was delicious, moist, very fresh, large and not artificially sweet. Guests loved it and we’ll definitely be back to order more cakes for special occasions. Thank you!
