While the cleanliness has gone up considerably since receiving a face lift, the customer service hasn’t changed in the 3+ years I’ve been going to this location. I can only imagine it’s management who’s to blame for the rigidity and overall miserable atmosphere the employees have. I’ve only ever had a pleasant experience with a young girl working there once, and haven’t seen her since.

The main issue I have with this location is how adamant they are about substitutions. Once I ordered a sandwich off the menu and because I wanted a different cheese (not more or premium, just a different cheese) than what was pre-determined on the menu, they told me that no longer makes it the same sandwich and they have to charge me extra to change the cheese. I asked other subways and they said that was ridiculous and not true. Another time I ordered the elite chicken bacon ranch online (which has premium meat/extra cheese) and asked if I could switch the rottisserie to regular chicken… essentially asking if I could downgrade the meal, but I would still pay for the elite. I even told them I didn’t want the double cheese that comes on it. The worker adamantly refused and made me reorder it online which ended up costing $2 more for less food because I had to add everything on separately. When did we stop having regular chicken bacon ranch on the menu? Why is there only the elite option now? Not to mention, I paid $2 more and the amount of chicken and bacon I received on the sandwich was abysmal. Either he shorted me the right amount of meat, or the manager is having them underportion their servings. Almost half of the sandwich didn’t even have any meat on it at all. There was two tiny slices of bacon ($2.50) and what looked to be a 6” worth of chicken on a foot long. Honestly, the worst part wasn’t even the food. It was the extremely sour and unempathetic attitude the worker had. It would have cost him nothing to make the substitution… if anything, it would help their food costs by me asking for the cheaper meat and less cheese. But it seemed that he was more concerned with the technicalities of a sandwich than doing something kind for another human being. I’d understand if I was mean about it… but I was honestly just really bummed.

Enjoy this Subway location. Sandwich makers are always quick and efficient, when I went in to request a sandwich without the bread the other day, the young man didn’t bat an eye – simply asked if I wanted a lettuce wrap or a salad and then proceeded to chop up everything from my sub and place it in a salad container. Highly recommend this – literally have enough for two meals!

The gentleman that fixes the sandwiches is phenomenal. However. I came in about 8pm Friday to pickup an online order thst I placed. I had to use the restroom. I saw the rack that holds the chips in front of the hall to the bathroom. I asked the gentleman is the bathroom closed. He said let me ask whomever the young lady that was also working. I saw her come from the bathroom area and she stated the bathrooms are closed from 730p-10p every night. So you are telling me that if I came off that highway after a long trip; hungry and having to use the restroom i have to go to let’s say Wawa or Sheetz? What if I want a subway sub instead? Customer service is starting to really fail nowadays. To me it’s pure LAZINESS. I would hope the store general manager or whomever is a supervisor did NOT say that! Are we not humans? Do not all humans use the bathroom? I am appalled. I’m never coming back here.

They have 2 employees and they cannot prepare 2 orders in 25 minutes. The store is very dirty, the employees are not clean, it smells of cigarettes inside and they are very disrespectful.

My experience here was extremely nice. The service was fantastic and they were really nice. The store was really clean and the atmosphere here was awesome. When visiting here I felt welcomed and everyone was really friendly and helpful. My order was correct and was ready when I arrived to pick it up.

The two black women working there are always polite, professional and courteous. They work very hard all the time often without a break in all kinds of weather. I have seen them jobbing at break neck speed to deliver day in and day out…and the quality is superb in every respect…

The food they fix is awesome, they get every order right every time and ask if they put the order together correctly. They are mature, adult, level headed and know their regular customers by heart. If anyone needs a cookie they do…

I walked in today and this nice employee attended me his name was cruz he was such a nice guy he provided great service to me. he’s made my sandwiches before, he makes the best sandwiches. I recommend this place one of the best subways i’ve been to. He will now become my favorite sandwich artist. Outstanding job.

This location has some very rude people that work there. The young manager is even worse. She had no care in the world about how nasty one of the employees(David) had just spoke to me. He was very rude and smart talking. She was nasty herself, with her long nails cutting through the gloves she was wearing touching the bread. Highly do not recommend. Go to Antonio’s beside them you’ll get better service.

I came in to buy 2 ft long subs. Immediate, the 1 female was looking st me nasty. Jealousy was in her eyes.I read some reviews that they don’t like ppl , who come inside speaking or having a being of intelligence.I can see that. From her mouth, quote. “Are you ready”I said yes. Then well do you want this that. I reply quick. She was got nastier as i tried to not say much. As i movef up to get the dressing. She still screaming do you want a bmt or blt. 3x’s. I asked her whats the difference. One had bacon. She ran over. To ring me up and made a seen. Because I asked for 3 more cookies so the guy in the back was just as ghetto as her. Listen I suggest they waych customer service videos. The way they act. I went back to get manager number. It was empty. Unfortunately if you have ignorance running your business it will close. If your company pay better. You will get better results btw the lady mentioned from her making free sandwiches that was her reasoning for acting ignorant. Not a reason. I hope she gets her life together and i pray god blesses her. So she can be a better person
