Recently moved into the area an this Dunkin is always packed! But man, they knock out that drive thru like it’s nothing an the coffee an sandwiches are always perfect an I’ve never had any issues at all with anything I’ve gotten from there the staff is extremely friendly they never rush you the inside is nice an clean an tidy I would definitely recommend stopping here for coffee if your in the area 10/10 great Dunkin!!!!!!

This Dunkin location in Folcroft has very professional staff members that have great customer service skills. But when it comes towards the food, I believe this certain Dunkin location has lower standards of quality in the food they serve compared to any other Dunkin in the area. Today, I HAD to make a review. The last 4 trips to this location have been lackluster & the quality and quantity has been reduced. If you want ALL of my Money to pay for an item of food, then I Want ALL of what I’m ordering. Last week I ordered a Bacon, Egg & Cheese on Croissant and it had two small slices of bacon (that i believe was 1 slice broken into two) which were raw. The top half of the Croissant was significantly smaller than the bottom half as if they belonged to two different wholes.
Today i ordered 1 Large ice Coffee & 1 Medium & snackin bacon. As you can see pictured below, They got stingy on filling the cups, and at almost $4 for the bacon, take a look at this portion!! And it’s mostly BURNT! In exchange for my hard earned money I expect quality and quantity. Don’t serve large cups if your not going to fill them. And don’t utilize paper containers that look like they themselves ate the portion of food put within them. And by the way, the Large Cup is ALL ICE!

Very nice Dunkin in a pretty decent shopping center. The store was very nice with a lot of sitting area space. Service was excellent and my boyfriend and my drinks and donuts were great too, we both got a glazed donut and I got an iced chai latter and him a strawberry refresher and they were all very good. Will definitely come back again in the future.

The food is below average and you can tell they’re just slapping food together for a check. The breakfast sandwiches are dry. The iced coffee has barely any cream and sugar. They don’t melt the cheese on the breakfast sandwiches. If you want a happy morning don’t go to this location

Every time I get my coffee I get the coffee grounds or it’s never fresh, also there is this tall guy there with the turban on who always over charge me when he makes mistakes on the register which is becoming very frequently. And all the men and younger girls there always cursing and playing around when I order and most of them not all don’t know how to treat there customers especially everyday paying customers. And another thing how do you have a seating area and only open up half of the sitting space to avoid cleaning

The young girl with the ponytail and headset is extremely rude to customers. She rolls her eyes and Never says “thank you” she has a bad attitude problem. Cannot make a latte to save her life. Its close by, so i go there. The other workers are very nice. If they are busy at the window there is no point in walking in, they will all ignore you standing there. And they dont fill your cup so all those reviews are true as well.

Good Evening Google Family. I visited the restroom after enjoying a lovely lunch with my friend, Yolanda, at the Folcroft Diner. The restroom was nice and clean, which I was happy to see. I ordered Mom a blue raspberry Coolata. I wanted to use the kiosk but I didn’t see the Coolata on the kiosk. So I ordered it at the counter and it was delivered pronto, quickly. I left and I will be back. I had a great Dunkin Experience and don’t forget to Work out!!!!
