The bacon is burned to a crisp and rancid. Someone had mixed onions in with the lettuce, Who puts onions on a BLT. I upchucked profusely after the first bite!! This was a DoorDash order shame on you all for sending me this.

Wow. Just wow. I can honestly say Jersey Mike’s is one of the most consistent chains out there. Every location is clean and well kept. The employees seem so happy to be a part of the process and work there. Managers always involved and friendly. That being said, our experience at this location was just phenomenal. The manager was great with my daughter, so friendly, the employee was friendly and helpful. Made sure I got my points properly for my purchase when there might have been an issue with my points registering. We will for SURE be back. Jersey Mike’s is a family favorite and a pleasure every visit. Keep up the great work!!

The subs are consistently fresh, loaded with quality ingredients, and made exactly how you want them. The bread is always soft, and the turkey always tastes fresh. I especially love getting my sub “Mike’s Way” it adds the perfect flavor. I just tried Jersey Mike’s new chicken salad and it’s absolutely delicious! It’s super fresh, perfectly seasoned, and has a great balance of flavors without being too heavy. The texture is spot on, but not too much mayonnaise and it tastes homemade in the best way. The staff were super friendly and quick. Definitely my go-to spot for a great sub!

My experience was memorable one thanks you the manager “Jonathan ” for noticing I was having a bad day i place my order sat down I was on the phone anyway long story short he notice how my day was going just by me being on the phone call any how he handed me my order I just walked out forgot to pay so I got home realized I still had the money in my pocket so I called to let them know I didn’t pay he got on the phone and told me it was on the house i started to cry he really made my day he said I over heard conversations and I just wanted to brighten the rest of your day so big shout out to Jonathan for seeing me that day there’s is still good people around ❤️

I came in around 2-3pm the food wasn’t bad it was just the service the staff was a bit iffy that day came to just speak to the manager about the receipt and “Jonathan” came in all rude and aggressive seems like he was either drunk or on some type of substance pretty strange to say the least

As a long time Jersey Mikes customer, since 2012. Before they had locations in CT and Long Island. The preordering, rewards toward free subs, and curbside pickup is what keeps me coming back. I had been on the road traveling for work a lot, long hours.
I love the Mikes Way cold subs, and Cheese steaks are ok. But Garlic Parm bread is always a must!!

I placed an order in the app at 11:55pm.
Expected it to be ready at 12:10.
When I arrived at 12:11 my sandwich was 95% made, hanging off the counter, as multiple, in person orders were being completed. After they knew I was waiting and left a $2 tip.
At 12:23 the condiments were added sub was wrapped and handed to me with a good amount of napkins.
Waiting 13 mins longer than the app’s expected pickup time. And seeing my sub hanging off the counter was an act of Disrespect, to the sub and me the customer!
I understand it was a busy time of day at a busy store. But to keep a customer waiting while he watched his 20$ sub sit on the counter getting bumped into is unacceptable. Of course I couldn’t get the $2 tip back either.
The manager/grill man even reminded the sandwich artist, “John is here and still waiting”! WOW

At approximately 5:57 PM, I arrived at the store to order two sandwiches. Prior to arriving, I had called the store to confirm service and spoke with the general manager, John, who was very rude on the phone and stated he would not make sandwiches and that I would have to “wait for someone.” I said okay and proceeded to the store, arriving before the 6:00 PM closing time.

When I entered, John was standing there waiting and became visibly upset that I arrived before closing. He threw his phone, then went to the restroom. While I began ordering with another employee, John came out and abruptly said, “The grill is off!” I tried to calmly explain that I had called in advance, but he immediately accused me of yelling and being rude, which was untrue. He then stated, “I’m not serving you. Have a good night,” and instructed the employees to stop service and begin packing up.

I was extremely upset and did not leave immediately due to how shocking and unfair the situation was. John then picked up the phone and called the police, despite there being no disturbance, threat, or inappropriate behavior on my part. This was completely unnecessary and escalated the situation in an unacceptable way.

Because all Jersey Mike’s locations in the area closed at 6:00 PM on Christmas Eve, I was left without food and deeply distressed by how I was treated. This was my first time visiting this location, and I have never experienced anything like this at any other Jersey Mike’s.

John’s behavior was rude, aggressive, unprofessional, and inappropriate for a general manager. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed seriously, and I would appreciate follow-up regarding what actions will be taken to address this matter.
