I enjoyed the Ct Signature pie. The slice is a lil firmer than a NY slice. The texture is like a pan crust but a 1/3 of the thickness. Nice lite crisp in the crust The oil taste is reminiscent of a NY slice The sweet Jerk wings were Banging! Garlic Parm wings were Tasty. The wings were tender, juicy & wet. The Garlic Parm fries actually had fresh minced garlic. The chicken gyro had nice tender chicken & the sauce was onpoint Overall a good dining experience. The

Short review: The pizza is made with high quality ingredients and tastes good. At $20 for a large one topping it is a little pricey in terms of overall value (that price point is competitive but that’s a larger issue with the food service industry at the moment).

I’ve been twice now and the pizza was overcooked both times (but only on one side of each pizza which tells me it’s an issue with the oven cooking unevenly).

Long review: I’m not sure what this pizza is trying to be. It is definitely not “apizza” from New Haven. It’s also not what someone from RI/MA would expect when they order “Greek style” pizza which is where my confusion comes in because while the name is Connecticut Pizza and Pasta (which may lead one to believe it’s New Haven style), the website claims they are serving Greek style.

Maybe it’s trying to be its own thing (and that’s fine because the pizza IS good) but some people might be initially disappointed the first time they open the box and don’t see what they were expecting (which is why I added a lot of pictures).

They offer two crust styles, thin and original but the difference is so incredibly small I’m not sure why they are bothering (see pictures, pepperoni is original, cheese is thin crust). They taste identical and the texture was almost the same. If you gave them both to someone with a blindfold on I would wager they would think they’re eating the same exact pizza.

The cheese is very high quality but there doesn’t seem to be any cheddar (if there is the ratio is very small) which one would expect in Greek style pizza.

The sauce has a nice tang to it but is a tad on the sweet side. Heavy on the garlic and thyme.

The dough IS very reminiscent of Greek style pizza in terms of structure but is just very thin even with the original style crust which leads to a much crisper bite as opposed to the crunchy exterior/soft puffy interior of a thicker Greek style crust.

I hope this doesn’t come off as overly negative because I did enjoy the pizza for what it was and I will go back.

I’m just trying to be as informative as possible because if you’re a transplant from RI/MA it’s very rare to find that pie that reminds you of going to the pizzeria as a kid, getting an ice cold grape or orange soda from the fountain and devouring a nice, greasy mozzarella and cheddar slice before biting into that cracker crisp but light and airy crust.

I deducted one star due to the combination of price ($20 for large one topping, no coupons available when I ordered) and the uneven cook which left half of each pizza burned on the bottom. A slightly smaller large (14” versus 16”) at a couple bucks cheaper would be a much better value proposition.

I’m not from Connecticut, but I have some family there, and I’ve had the pleasure of trying Connecticut-style pizza a bit. I don’t know if it’s entirely like the pizza I had there, but it’s got a cool flavor.

However, they lose points for having AI art in their restaurant.

The pizza was delicious. Love the sweet sauce and the crispy crust was excellent. As a Connecticut native, I’m very happy that a piece of CT is in Georgia. I will definitely be back!

I decided to give this place a try since it has just opened and I will say I will be coming here instead of my pizza place I usually go to. Staff was very friendly, the facility was clean, and the food was amazing. I got the Large Connecticut Pizza and the Marinara Pasta both were cooked fresh and you can tell the sauce is homemade. Price wise everything came out to about $50 which is a little pricey but it was definitely worth it. A great family treat every once in a while. Go support this local small business.

the pizza was mad burnt on the bottom. crust was extremely hard like a hockey puck. almost broke some teeth and the skin in the roof of my mouth. got the cheese pizza and the meat lovers pizza. it’s weird how the pizza can be spongy and soggy in the middle then the top half and crust be hard as a brick. and it was expensive. yikes.
