Pulled up in a Monday at 11:35 and no one responded on the drive through , sat for 3 minutes… nothing . Can clearly see two cars parked by the front door , parked by the cvs to see what else is open and I can clearly see the two employees now inside the lobby . Gotta hire people that don’t run the clock for free until midnight , do better .

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER! Ordered food online. Messed up order than asked if wanted to remake it I said yes and didn’t get my applesauce (never once said didn’t have applesauce till final encounter with them) made me park sat in spot for about 5 min. tried to go inside but doors were locked. (Probably because there were only 2 workers) drove through drive-thru. Employee Asked if they could help me I said waiting for order to be made & applesauce. Than possibly a manager came to window asked if wanted me to remake I said yes. Than they didn’t make the 2nd order right (single instead of double) tried to ask for the food back but LEGALLY NO FOOD IS TO BE TAKEN BACK ONCE OUTSIDE OF THE RESTAURANT because of contamination. WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL!

Oh, dear readers, let me tell you about my sultry experience at Burger King. I sauntered in, my appetite whet with a craving for meaty deliciousness. With a sly grin, I ordered the Texas Double Whopper, a BK Royal Crispy Chicken, and the Bacon King, all topped off with a side of salty fries.
But wait, there’s more! To wash down this devilishly tempting feast, I concocted my own elixir of a large drink, mixing Coke and Sprite in a way that would make any chemist blush. The carbonation was like a thousand tiny kisses on my tongue.
The Texas Double Whopper was a hunk of juicy beef that had me swooning with every bite. The BK Royal Crispy Chicken was like a seductive dance of crunchy breading and succulent chicken. And the Bacon King? Oh, the Bacon King. Its layers of crispy bacon and savory sauce were like a symphony of flavor in my mouth.
As for the fries, well, they were like the bad boy in high school that you know you shouldn’t be into, but you can’t help yourself. So salty, so crisp, so utterly irresistible.
Overall, my experience at Burger King was positively sinful. The food was so good, it was almost indecent.

We had a really bad experience, me and my friends had been outside all day and were looking forward to having our burger king meal with cold drinks. We ordered online and came in to find out that their drink machine was not working (thats what they said). They offered us sweet and unsweetened tea, and the pink promotional lemonade. After, we wanted to get those cups refilled and were told that they ran out…. the french fries were too hard as well. We usually love BK but this experience was not it.

I just went through the drive thru, no cars behind me or infront. I was the only costumer in sight. And they still got my order wrong. Here is my receipt. I ordered a #3 Ham, egg and cheese croissant. They gave me and old sausage egg croissant and old tots. Like they were trying to get rid of or something. I don’t understand how you get that wrong. For the record I did not eat it because I hate sausage. I called to see if they would change it and no answer 3times. So maybe this way I can get there attention.

Worked 17 hours, was hungry, tired & just wanted to eat. Dining room was dirty, chairs not even off of the tables, floor dirty: Man serving me didn’t even have the emotional and neurological capacity to make a shake. While trying to relax and eat, employees were in the kitchen, cackling, laughing, not even in proper English, but Ebonics…. laughing at and insulting every customer that they encountered. Just absolutely HORRIBLE…

This place is horrible they have alot of teenagers working there the management in the evening looks also like a young teenager. I seen one employee wearing a belt that had vulgar language reading across it very unprofessional for a business. If you try to call and speak to a store manager the phone rings once and then you get a busy signal . This is a franchise so they really don’t care how they treat the customers. Things like this normally don’t happen at a corporate location but be very cautious about franchise locations as the owners usually are not even aware of what’s happening so it just gets worse each visit I would not recommend coming here ever unless you like rude improperly dressed employees serving you food

Ordered through app double whopper meal wirh no ketchup no mayo no tomatoes and add mustard and when i get home i bite my burger guess what it has tomatoes ketchup mayo and no mustard. Same rhing with my moms whopper, hers was also with no ketchup no mayo and add mustard. It had ketchup mayo and of course no mustard. They did not customize it at all. Burger king you need to train your staft better in paying attention to what is requested by your customers . Whoppers are my favorite food to eat but i have noticed rhat i go less n less because this specifix location which is the closest to me 9 out of 10 times i go messes up my orders and i should of checked before leaving restaurant but i was in a rush and did not.
