Food was good, but the service and overall experience were disappointing. This was my first visit to Copper Premium Pub, and unfortunately it wasn’t a great one.
Our table waited over an hour for our food. The server kept telling us it would be out soon and that everyone’s food was taking a long time, but that didn’t seem to be the case. We watched multiple tables arrive, order, eat, and leave while we were still waiting. After we asked again, we were finally told that the kitchen had actually lost our ticket.
We were offered mimosas, but after almost 2 hour delay that didn’t feel like much of a resolution. I also spoke with the owner and explained the situation. He said he would look into it but never returned to follow up or apologize. Disappointing.
Time is valuable, and customer experience matters just as much as the food. I hope the restaurant improves communication and service so future guests have a better experience.

Big menu, great selection of sandwiches, entrees and salads. Tried the meatball appetizer and they were awesome. Service was very good. Had the fish wrap with sweet potato fries which was also great. Will visit again for dinner soon and see if we can move this to a rare 5 star place.

This week was Burger Week, and after years of driving by, I finally stopped in. Fortunately, the experience exceeded my expectations. I opted for the juicy Lakeside burger, which featured lettuce, tomato, red onion, and mayo, accompanied with a side of chips. The service was exceptional, with a pleasant atmosphere inside and a patio area that was clean, spacious, and enhanced by favorable weather, TVs, and outdoor ceiling fans. My waitress (Cameron) was attentive and courteous throughout. Notably, the establishment also honors military discounts. I’ll be visiting them again.

This just moved up to one of my top favorite local places to eat! Service was fast and friendly! The ambiance was great on the patio. The drinks were perfectly mixed and the food was outstanding! The wife had a burger that she kept raving about, perfectly cooked and seasoned and her fries were amazingly crispy. I had the shrimp and grits and it jumped right to my second best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had. The flavor was incredible and the portion was great, lots of shrimp and sausage throughout. Prices were great, we will absolutely be back! I highly recommend trying!

We had lunch at Coppers Premium Pub and it was very good. We ordered the fish and chips,the fish was delicious, the fries were a little soft, I like mine crispy but they were still good. We sat outside which was nice because it was a beautiful spring day. They have plenty of seating and televisions outside. Inside also has televisions and a bar. The atmosphere was great, the service was great, very friendly staff and the prices were reasonable. There’s a play area outside for the kids! Overall we enjoyed everything! Definitely check it out.

Just visiting from Idaho Falls, Idaho.
Arrived for lunch about 12:20pm. We were immediately seated. The waitress was very attentive and immediately brought us drinks. I ordered the big fish sandwich with homemade chips, my husband and son ordered hot honey chicken sandwich with fries.
Our food was hot and fresh, The waitress was pleasant and quick to top off our drinks.
This made for a pleasant reunion with our son.
Coppers will be on our list next time we visit!

Atmosphere and staff are great. However the food was mediocre at best. We tried the Philly and the buffalo chicken egg rolls. The Philly meat tasted like that walmart brand frozen stuff you can buy and the chicken was minced to almost a mush consistency and flavors just weren’t there. We had lots of leftovers and did not take them home. They do however have a very big selection of beers and other drinks, however I didnt try those.

My salmon salad was excellent. Not sure I’ve ever had anything that wasn’t excellent from Copper. Have you tried their green beans with garlic?? You MUST try them!! Oh my gosh!! Just give me a big bowl of those, heavy on the garlic, and a sweet tea…and you can call it a wrap. So good! If you’re in the area, or even if you’re not, you should come to the area and get in on the excellence of Copper Pub. You’ll be glad you did! Happy eating!
