Had such a great experience at Carrabba’s today!
I started with the Calabrian Shrimp Skewers and they were absolutely amazing — perfectly grilled with just the right amount of heat and flavor.
For my entree, I had the Filet & Shrimp Toscana pasta and WOW. The steak was cooked perfectly and so tender, the shrimp were flavorful, and the creamy Toscana sauce tied everything together beautifully. Every bite was delicious.
Trey, the bartender, made the whole experience even better. He was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. Great service and great food — I’ll definitely be back!

Alleigh was amazing! She was very tentative. Diana was also very attentive to my needs. Both were friendly, lively, a true breathe of fresh air to my evening. In regards to the food I got the eggplant parm with broccoli and sautéed spinach. It was amazing. Ate every bite. I also got a $10 take home meal with the seasonal special which I will be trying later. Everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much!

Had a really great experience at Carrabba’s today. I ordered the Fettuccine Carrabba and it was so good — super creamy and flavorful, honestly one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had in a minute.
Our server, Sierra, was amazing. She was really sweet, checked in at the perfect times, and just made the whole meal really comfortable and enjoyable.
I also want to mention the manager, Erick — I didn’t even talk to him personally, but you can tell he runs the place well. The atmosphere felt relaxed and everyone seemed to be in a good mood, so I feel like that says a lot.
Definitely coming back 🙂 ✨

We came to the Houston area today and decided in a rush to try this wonderful place and I’ll say it is honestly some of the best Italian food I’ve had by far ! We were greeted by the wonderful hostess at the front who promptly took us to our table where we sat in a nice spacious booth and ordered the trio appetizer and it was delicious the calamari was cooked to perfection! And their tomato sauce was incredible. I had the tea with blackberry and it had such a nice flavor one of the best I’ve had. The bread and herb dip appetizer was lovely nice herby flavor. Every one of us had a wonderful entree and I can honestly say not a single thing on our table lacked flavor and the ability to astonish us we had the lovely Alex as our waiter and he was so nice and informative he explained everything to us with it being our first time here he made the ability to pick an entree extremely easy and I’ll say he nailed it! The manager Eric was incredible and very personable as well. I highly recommend coming here if you haven’t I would gladly drive all the way to Houston to eat here any chance I get ! Especially with the absolute killer of a deal with the $10 take home deal amazing deal and you’d be a fool to pass that opportunity up!

Disappointing experience at Carrabba’s but in the end the manager did make it right.
I placed a curbside pickup order with a confirmed pickup time and arrived a few minutes early. I called to check in and waited in my vehicle. After several minutes, I decided to walk inside so staff wouldn’t have to come out.
It took seven minutes just to be acknowledged. When I was finally spoken to, I was told I was already checked in and someone would bring my food to my car. While waiting inside, I saw a bag placed on the bar counter at 6:03 p.m. — which I later discovered was my order. By 6:11 p.m., I still hadn’t received my food, so I went back inside. At that point, my order was already 20 minutes past the promised time.
The hostess walked to the exact spot where the bag had been sitting and handed it to me. I mentioned that the bag had clearly been sitting there for at least 15 minutes, and she insisted it had just been placed there. I asked her to confirm that all items were included, and she assured me everything was in the bag.
Unfortunately, when I got home, the main course — an entire steak dinner — was missing.
I immediately called the restaurant and was hung up on (possibly accidentally). I called back and asked to speak to a manager, but was put on hold because he was “speaking to tables.” I was then disconnected again. After calling a third time and waiting on hold for seven more minutes, I was once again told the manager couldn’t come to the phone. It has now been over 30 minutes, and I still have not received a call back.
The lack of organization, accountability, and basic customer service was incredibly frustrating. Mistakes can happen — but the way they are handled makes all the difference.
**Update, I did receive a call back and was assured I would be refunded. I did see my refund completed. The manager made sure to take care of us when it was all said and done.

Most of my reviews are positive, this one is hard to post because I’ve had better experiences before… Long wait before server got to the table, dishes were dirty, soup was disgusting, etc. (Pictures are taken as items arrived to the table). I will be visiting again as Carrabas has been one of my favorite go to for Italian food.

I went to Carrabba’s restaurant in The Woodlands and sat at the bar for dinner last night to watch the college football games.
The two young ladies serving the bar area were very customer friendly and did a great job! They took care of everything in a pleasant and timely manner.
I ordered the Ribeye steak cooked medium with angel hair pasta in butter, with a side of asparagus and a caesar salad accompanied with a glass of Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio wine.
The Ribeye steak was cooked perfectly and is probably one of the best Ribeye steaks that I’ve had at a restaurant in years!
I topped off dinner with A slice of Cheesecake drizzled in chocolate which was Awesome!
I highly recommend the Ribeye steak and the awasome Cheesecake for desert!

This was our first time coming in. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and we were seated right away. Our server Alex was great. He was fast and attentive. All the food came in fast. We throughly enjoyed our first fisit.

Service at this location can be hit or miss. Drinks are usually ok and food is consistent. No one at hostess stand, waited a very long time. No one came to our table after 5 minutes so we decided to leave.

Sienna was fun and enjoyable and overall boosted our experience to another level. She took great care of us and was very attentive to our needs. She brought great energy and enthusiasm and made our experience.
