Food was really good EXCEPT the fries. and my 11 year old really enjoyed her meal . The gentleman @ the counter was very polite and accommodating when my daughter returned her food – she can’t have the nachos with cheese.

*** The French Fries Weren’t fried Fresh, they weren’t good***

but everything else was steaming hot. Just the way I like it.

I really like the food abd atmosphere at soul. They are kind and their portions are generous. The food is good especially when it’s fresh. The prices are reasonable. The one thing I would change is the amount of lemon pepper added to the food. I would added it only if requested.

I was gifted a steak dinner for Mother’s Day delivered to me and the steak was over cooked, the sour cream was curdled and spoil, and they substituted the Carmel cake for a no bake cheesecake that tasted old. I called to asked if anything else came with the dinner and they said just a baked potato and bread. See pictures for more information.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. I ordered food and it caused me and my entire family severe headaches and stomach cramps. Only my husband felt fine because he didn’t eat the food. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened — it has happened to me more than three times, and even my friend experienced the same issue.

I really hope the restaurant takes this seriously and improves the quality and safety of their food. Customers deserve better.

I moved here from Charlotte, NC and we have a restaurant there named American Deli. American Deli have the best party wings and Philly steaks. This is my second time at Souls. I ordered the philly the first time, they don’t use American or provolone cheese, they put shredded cheese on the sub smh and the wings are terrible and don’t look great. I’m just disappointed that they call these party wings. The drumsticks look like they’re on steroids and the wings aren’t any better. I had to go home and still re-cook my wings because they weren’t extra crispy and if you want all flats, Soul’s DO NOT let customers customize their chicken selection and they started speaking Arabic when I asked. I hope I find a great wing spot here because this is not it!!!

My fiancee and I were just there yesterday. With the help of using the reviews seen above, we decided to try Soul. The food is incredible! Very down home, inexpensive, and delicious! The employees are very friendly, and will make sure you have the best experience possible! The place is very clean and simple. I would recommend the pizza, catfish, chicken, and fried cauliflower!
