Went like this: we got there, got seated quickly, waited for 20 minutes, waitress took our order, drinks got there 10 minutes, food got there 40 minutes. Mine was wrong, her’s was cold. They sent mine back. Another 20 minutes – wrong again. I said never mind I will eat it. We were not happy. I said this is wrong and got a “the kitchen is struggling tonight”, ah, ok. That’s a response I suppose.
I ordered 15 boneless in three flavors with 2 Celery and Carrots. I got what you see in the picture. I asked how do I know which flavor is which as they were all in the same basket she quipped “well I guess you will find out when you eat it”.
Next time probably another pick from the crowded wing market for us.

It’s been years since I was at a BWW, and I can tell you that BWW isn’t what it once was unfortunately. My favorite hamburger is no longer on the menu and the wings aren’t the best around anymore

Came to watch the UFC match with my son and got completely ignored. Snowy cold night there was plenty of room and not busy. We had ordered food to take home and were going to order food to eat while we were there. We ask where to sit all good. Until we waited and waited, we had to walk over to server station to ask for menues. We said we would be ordering food and would need drinks. We waited and waited then again asked to order drinks she responded to my son and I “you can order at the to go counter” My son said to me I don’t feel very welcome and wanted to leave. This was his choice to come here and had talked about it for a week and he gets treated like he did something wrong. Not good. I would not recommend this location. Spend your money somewhere else where they understand how treat people. Disappointed.

Went here recently and had a good experience. The wait staff was prompt and attentive without hovering by the table so we could still have a conversation. The food came out super fast and was well prepared. This is leaps and bounds above other BWW locations. A fine choice for wings. Sports bars aren’t really my thing, but chicken wings are so I gotta give it an average score for atmosphere.

I came in around 3pm on a Monday and really enjoyed the quiet, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful lunch. While the drink machine was out of order, our table ordered water and it wasn’t a problem at all. What really stood out was the service. Sheila, our server, was kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. I’ve been here before when the experience wasn’t quite as good, but today was a complete turnaround. Everything went smoothly, and the service made a big difference. I’m happy to leave a well-deserved 5-star review!

I got a raw piece of chicken at Buffalo Wild Wings, and when I asked for my receipt so I could leave, the server was super rude and acted like they didn’t care at all. This kind of attitude is totally unacceptable, especially when the food is unsafe. They need to take this seriously and treat customers with respect.

Very disappointing experience. The manager was extremely rude to a group of children who were simply playing at their table. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism or kindness, especially toward kids, he spoke to them in a disrespectful and aggressive manner. This is unacceptable behavior, particularly in a family-friendly restaurant. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this place to families.”

Absolutely unacceptable behavior. The manager was rude, aggressive, and completely inappropriate with children who were simply playing at their table. Watching an adult speak to kids in such a disrespectful way was shocking and uncomfortable. This is NOT how a manager should behave, especially in a place that serves families. We will never return and strongly advise families to avoid this restaurant.”

Food was nothing special, though I loved the fried pickle slices. I liked that they have like two dozen TVs so it is great for watching a game while eating. Very diverse crowd agewise, old and young. Service was good and friendly.

I have eaten at numerous B-dubs in the past. They are generally and consistently the same and, from my perspective, generally great quality too. I think that this B-dub is no exception. We had a nice server and all of our food was good. It’s been a year since I had been to a B-dubs, so I was pretty interested that the prices were reasonable.
