For most of the take out, there it is
a mistake and obviously we noticed at home. Don’t even bother with the app to try to put a claim, it is a waste of time.
This time, when I opened my burger….I got the bad top of the tomato….but it got worse…the burger it was undercooked. Completely unacceptable.

I did order through the mc Donald app, and they forget a item, the most important mc crispy deluxe, they sent the French fries and the drink, NO THE SANDWICH

Today I treated myself again and had another McFlurry, this time with added fudge—and it was delicious! The ice cream was creamy as always, and the fudge gave it that perfect extra touch. The place was clean, and the service was quick and friendly. It’s always nice to know you can count on something sweet to lift your mood. I’ll definitely keep coming back whenever I want something tasty and satisfying.

Ordered two breakfast burritos, two sausage McGriddles, three hashbrowns, and ice lattes. Received only one of the burritos, and the sausage McGriddles literally just had sausage on them. No cheese or egg. Not a hard order to get right.

On the way home, stopped by to grab something quick and easy for lunch. We ordered QuarterPounders combo meals. They tasted ok as always. Had enough left over for the dogs, no onions, of course. It was quick and easy, no long lines today.

At this location. I ordered three 2 cheeseburger meals at the the Drive Thru. As I was on the road with the family on our way to our Thanksgiving vacation, we realized that all the cheeseburgers had no meat. Bread,cheese, pickles and catsup but no meat. I turned back and returned to the McDonald’s. I called for the manager and showed her what her crew did. She very rudely said that she didn’t make the cheeseburgers, “it wasn’t her fault” Another employee quickly tried to calm the situation and brought 6 cheeseburgers. My point is the franchise owner has to know who is running his business. Very rude and argumentative when she had to know her responsibilities are to make sure the food is going out correct and not attack the customer. I will be reaching out to the corporation.

This is my first review of this particular McDonald’s at this location. However, I’ve eaten here several occasions and the service is still the same. I place an order through drive-thru and I drive off and I get to the house and my order is always incorrect. I just ordered food about maybe 5-10 minutes ago and just got to the house and it was simple. Add extra onions to two cheeseburgers well they even put no onions on the cheeseburger. I asked them to make my fries well done. The fries was just hot. I don’t understand how you can mess up something as simple as that

I came to order two breakfasts and i was missing two syrups, the day prior that i ordered the same thing i was missing jelly’s, therefore it made me come back today just to mention that its not the first time. i ended up throwing them away. I ask the supervisor name Tisha if she can get me a coffee as an exchange for a mistake. I didn’t get any sorry just a rude “ I can’t do anything about it.” No proper customer service at all. Zero Manners. They gave me Barbecue Sauce as a Syrup that’s what got me upset. Not the first time.
