Happened by on opening night. You should definitely give them a try; if what you want out of dinner is well prepared good meal at a not unreasonable price. This place is a strong contender. However if your looking for atmosphere and service, they aren’t ready for prime time. I remain hopeful that the front of house experience can catch up with the quality of the food.

Tried Ichiban out tonight and the food was excellent! I consider myself quite the poke bowl connoisseur, and the unagi poke bowl was fantastic quality. It also came with some of the best miso soup I’ve ever had. The guy staffing the bar was great, and I appreciated that the prices weren’t gouging. Definitely going back soon.
