Went on a Sunday for lunch and was seated quickly. Ordered the ribs and tacos and added on the Cajun prawns. The prawns were exceptionally good and definitely worth the add on. Our server was friendly and helpful checking in on us during the meal. 10/10 would come back again

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great burger and even better vibes. The Signature Glazed Burger is a must-try. Generous portions and the bottomless drinks make it great value for money. Perfect place to chill out after a day of shopping. Service was fast and the food was fresh. Will be back!

came for a weekend dinner so it was understandable that the staffs werent as attentive. my first time trying and we looove everything bout it!

the salmon melted instantly in my mouth, and the taste alone suits my palate as im not much of a salty person, but somehow dipping it with the signature sauce made it an excellent dish. the steak was cooked perfectly too on medium heat, leaving with the juicy taste.
mashed potato was perfectly seasoned and delicious, & so did the roasted vegetables!

As a long-time regular, I can confidently say that TGI Fridays at Mid Valley consistently delivers an outstanding dining experience. My latest visit was no exception, and it reaffirms why I keep coming back.

The food is always the star of the show. The Signature Glazed NY Steak was absolutely sublime—perfectly cooked, juicy, and with that unforgettable, rich glaze that TGI Fridays is famous for. The Wicked Chicken with Jambalaya Rice was a flavor explosion, with the chicken so tender and the rice incredibly aromatic and satisfying. And of course, the Fish and Chips were perfectly crisp on the outside and wonderfully fresh and succulent on the inside. Every dish was a testament to the kitchen’s commitment to quality.

What truly sets this place apart is the freshness and quality of the ingredients. You can genuinely taste the difference, from the crispness of the fish to the perfect texture of the steak. It’s rare to find this level of consistency, which is a big reason why I’m such a loyal patron.

This review is a must-write for any fan of delicious, fresh American cuisine. I can’t recommend it enough!

I came to this Friday’s just for their Legendary Beef Ribs—that’s honestly the only reason I walked in. I’ve had them many times at other Friday’s locations around the world, so I knew what to expect. Unfortunately, this was nothing like the usual experience. The ribs I got were mostly bones with barely any meat on them, which was really disappointing.
I spoke to the manager, who told me that’s their standard, but I couldn’t believe it. He asked me to try it first and said he might exchange it if I didn’t like it. I did try it, but even the little meat that was there didn’t taste great. I ended up asking for a steak instead, which was okay—but honestly, the whole thing shouldn’t have gone that way.
What made it worse was that the manager never followed up after bringing the steak or checked if I was happy with it. Not a great impression at all. If you’re craving Friday’s ribs, I’d say skip this branch and try somewhere else.

The food was good, but unfortunately the service was very disappointing. We were served by a Malay lady with short curly hair who was not smiling, unfriendly, and made us feel unwelcome. Good food deserves better customer service, and I hope improvements can be made in the future.

TGI the eponymous of American restaurant that never fail in offering good beer and endless joy of warm chips with cold salsa. We watched the sun faded into the impregnable evening, as we indulge in our dinner. Also to mention, Mr Fazrul, our waiter for the evening, his relentless attention is the epitome of excellent service in the F&B. The splendid touch is the dessert that spell the denouement of the evening, ice cream on warm brownie.

Unfortunately, my experience at TGIF was disappointing. My burger was served very undercooked (almost raw in the centre, see photo attached), which was concerning.

Service also wasn’t great. It was quite difficult to get a waitress’s attention, and when we did, the interaction wasn’t very friendly.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I expect better from TGIF.

Delicious steak. Well seasoned. The mash and sweet corn are v nice too. Try the Texas steak that has some salsa on top. BBQ sauce on the side.

But I really don’t think this is a 300gsm steak.
