Parking is hard to find, not enough parking. The food was great, steak and eggs, California Benedict with loaded potatoes was very good and not very spicy for having jalapeño. The stuffed French toast was very good too. It was very busy, so the waitress came once to check on our food, the manager was very helpful and took care of us. The seasonal mimosa was on point, strong very good, it was vodka and apple juice.

Had a wonderful bday lunch for my granddaughters 2nd bday and not only was the service perfect in every way but the food and atmosphere was on point. The manager was wonderful and kept checking on us too. I can’t remember our servers name but it was Sat. The 7th a 1230 reservation, she was great, above and beyond, we had a lot of people and she nailed it. Thank you Syrup for making this important day extra special.

Syrup is a cute little spot. Service was impeccable. I was concerned it was going to be really busy, but we were able to get seated pretty fast around lunch time on a Saturday. Lots of drink options, coffee, bar, etc. Everything looked delicious. The list of syrups is crazy! I think I would come back just to try those. I opted for the shrimp and cheesy grits special with green chili. Not a ton of shrimp but at that price point, didn’t bother me. Loved how many veggies were in the green chili, and the grits were good as well (though a little less creamy than I’m used to, still flavorful though). I would absolutely come back next time I’m in the area.

Was OK but won’t go again. Staff were very friendly but a little spacy/hurried even though the place was maybe 1/3 full. Missed bringing a couple of items we ordered, though they didn’t charge us for them. Place was dirtier than I would have expected. Food needs improvement as well. Was OK but not worth the price. Paid $40 for 2 entrees and a coffee before tip.

Had a great brunch with family. Sitting on the patio is worth it for the atmosphere. The different menu items were fresh and amazing. We had some cocktails that also paired well. Great way to get the day going!

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in.
Now let’s talk about the food! I ordered the peach cobbler pancakes, and they were simply heavenly. Fluffy and light, with juicy peach chunks and a hint of cinnamon, each bite was like a bite of summer! They were worth every calorie!
But the star of the show for me was the breakfast burrito. Packed with vibrant flavors and fresh ingredients, it was the perfect balance of savory and satisfying.
I’ll be coming back for more sweet and savory moments!

Had breakfast here after a run in City Park, right across the street. Many options to choose from, including several healthy dishes. The outdoor patio was a nice place to sit.

Food was good, no problem. Service was the issue here. It wasn’t a huge problem but the most outstanding aspect.
We had to flag down waiter who was chatting it up with another staff member, seemingly ignoring the needs of his tables. We left a 17% tip.

Getting seated was pretty quick, tried out their pretzel sausage sandwich and honestly it wasn’t the best. You get tired of it after the fourth bite, but their tater tots were super good! Co workers tried out some other plates and honestly they were super good!

Need their music playlist cause it was too good!
No wait to sit for my family of 5. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Ordered food and appetizers and both came quickly. Ice waters all around which were perfect after 5 hours at the zoo in the heat.
Churros were fluffy and the in house caramel sauce, Nutella, fresh strawberries and powdered sugar added some extra sweetness.
The crack bacon was deliciously sweet and savory.
The coconut French toast was soft, buttery and the coconut flakes added a nice crunchy texture, but that in house coconut syrup was !
The potatoes reminded me of my grandma’s breakfast, diced, and cooked to perfection. The steak n eggs was ok, there was a lot of gristle which was a bummer.
