Moved from the city and I’m blessed to have such good food nearby. The meal I just had, simple BEC with ketchup was just so unbounded in flavor, I hadn’t enjoyed food that much in so long. The grill they use has magic in it. The menu is also incredible, with unique creations. A lot of care and love is put into this business and it shows. Quality and excellence

Stopped into this place for the first time the other day I know where I’m getting breakfast from now on when I’m over in the haverstraw area I got a bacon egg and cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel I asked them for soft bacon and I’m pretty sure they made me fresh bacon and their prices are not through the roof like half the other places in the county

The food is good if they place your order correctly. Almost every time I come in here I have to wait for someone to take orders at the counter. They never know who is next in line which can cause you to be skipped and wait longer to place your order. It takes awhile for the food to come out and at times it came out incorrect. I tried delivery one time and it was the worse delivery experience I have ever had. They brought me a bacon egg and cheese sandwich with raw bacon and it was supposed to be extra bacon and it was not. I called them back they took another 45 minutes to bring the correct order and it was still missing something. I had to come in 2 days later because they never issued me my refund I was promised because I sent both orders back. Now when I come inside I still go through the inconvenience of waiting extended times with the fear of my order being wrong but on multiple occasions they charged my card and me incorrectly then call me back in the store because of it. I feel they are very unprofessional and careless. The lady told me I never have to come back after all the inconvenience with no understanding of me paying them and them taking long periods of time to just mess up my order. I would recommend leo’s Italian grill. They are way better and never gets your order wrong. They value their customers and it reflects.
