I am a small business owner that has used Buffta for a while and the bread has been satisfactory, but I am writing this review because I was treated by the customer service terribly. While ordering I asked to speak to a manager about the times of ordering (to not call for our order after we close, which they had done causing us to miss a bread order) and the woman I was talking to then proceeded to yell at me about how the manager was not there and she was to busy to be on time, then she hung up on me. When I called back to say something about this disrespectful employee, the same woman hung up on me a second time.

The bread here is amazing!! Not really a consumer facing bakery so you may want to get your favorite restaurant to but from here. Either way your going to be happy with outcome; they make or enjoy!!
