Specifically at this location I think the service was average to good . But they have reached out to me and made a difference. Taking constructive criticism I respect that. I dont like the locks on bathrooms, but I can understand why they are there with how chaotic areas in the city can be.. My biggest suggestion: make it where you can order ahead of time to pick up even if it sits under a heat lamp. It makes it difficult to go here on my break or lunch when I have to drive atleast 5 to 10 minutes and still have to wait for my food. I order usually 12 to 20 minutes before needing the food I dont have the time to wait any amount of time when I have a 15 minute break. If my food is not the freshest thats on me. I order it so that It will be fresh and I can grab and go but it seems the app doesnt have an option for that. It would be greatly appreciated if corporate would incorporate that as a feature. (When the owner reached out they took the criticism and passed it along to the right avenue to hopefully get it added.) I understand the app wants you to be there but then what’s the point of ordering online. Thats my biggest suggestion. And please make the chicken sandwich and all menu items healthier less preservatives, cook in beef tallow not peanut oils or seed oils. Please remove the unnecessary ingredients 55 total ingredients for a sandwich lots of them are unhealthy, please leave my chicken as chicken without these preservative. (The owner also took this criticism and passed it along. But this isnt under this locations control its corporate) Thank you for taking the time to reach out. Much respect!!

Chick-fil-A has really gone downhill. The prices keep climbing while the portions get smaller and the quality isn’t what it used to be. The food just doesn’t stand out anymore, and it’s hard to see why it costs so much compared to other fast food or local restaurants that offer better value. It used to feel worth the price — now it just doesn’t.

I had a disappointing experience here. The location is difficult to navigate, and I struggled to find the entrance in the dark. To make matters worse, we ordered grilled chicken for our infant, but discovered it was fried once we got home. It was frustrating to receive the wrong order, especially when it was for a child.

Upsetting contradicting communication from employees regarding mobile orders near closing. Claimed to refund my order but did not and instead placed blame on me with attitude. Has messed up my order every time I’ve been to this location as well. I used to be a Chic-Fil-A employee myself so I empathize, but this location does not uphold the company values or commitment to service that I have found at other locations, would recommend traveling to another further one. Unfortunate 🙁

This is one of the quietest Chick-fil-A’s have been to, and I actually like the experience. I’m used to going to the one in Thornton, so this one was actually a lot more chill. Very nice workers and very good service. No complaints here.

The food wasn’t too bad but I found multiple pieces of hair in my chicken nuggets. I went through the drive-thru so I can’t judge the service or the atmosphere but the hair made me lose my appetite for sure.
