Terrible service. After a long hard day at work, I put my order in online ahead of time so I could minimize my wait. Got a text as I arrived that it was ready. Asked for my order and I was informed that it was already picked up. I asked by who? It was my personal order not a DoorDash. Looking uninterested, the cashier looked around and said “oh we will remake it”. No apology nothing. I am disappointed in the lack of attention to detail and service.

I’ve been coming to this Panda Express for a while now, and this location never disappoints. It’s honestly my go to spot when I’m craving something quick but still really satisfying. The food is always fresh, hot, and flavorful, definitely some of the best I’ve had from any Panda. They never skimp on portions either, which I appreciate.
What really keeps me coming back, though, is the staff. The workers here are seriously great. They’re friendly, patient, and keep the line moving without making you feel rushed. You can tell they actually care about doing a good job and making sure customers leave happy.
Overall, this place is consistently on point. Great food, great service, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dependable spot that gets it right every time.

Took my niece there and they slammed, but they had a great crew busting butt and keeping the line of people moving. They were still courteous and smiled when they greeted you. That is rare to see anymore.
Food was good and fresh.
Honey walnut shrimp w/noodles w/ teriyaki chicken.
Price was better for what you got than most other “fast food”
It was also really clean especially considering how busy it was.

This place has gone downhill. I ordered the steak entree for a $1.50 more and this is all I got. 3 maybe half bites of beef.
They piled the chow meaning on but it wasn’t near as good as it has been in the past. Hardly any vegetables.
We have been going to this location for several years now but feel like we won’t be back as we have seen it go down hill over our last few visits.

We’ve noticed that many Chinese restaurants with “Panda” in the name tend to have similar, strong flavor profiles. So this time, we each ordered a Panda Bowl with just one type of protein.
We chose:
Hot Orange Chicken with half Chow Mein ($9.10)
Black Pepper Beef Steak with half White Rice ($9.10)
We also got a small fountain drink ($2.20) and a 24oz Watermelon Mango Refresher ($3.30).
The bold flavors went well with plain white rice, but the beef steak only came with about seven small pieces of meat, which felt a bit skimpy. Also, the rice was unfortunately quite dry, which was disappointing.

Took a long time for the kitchen staff to cook the super greens. I was told it would take 3 minutes ended up taking 15-20 minutes. The rest of the food in the container became horrible to eat. Had to toss the food out because it became inedible to eat. Please be accurate with the cook times for the requested food.

Got a bigger plate. Super greens, double orange chicken, broccoli beef. The super greens are old and nasty color. The broccoli beef LITERALLY has 1 piece of beef and all broccoli. The orange chicken was pretty good BUT did for the double. More like 1.5. Very tiny portions at this location.

Called the location over 5 times. 4 times no one answered and 1 time someone did answer and put me on hold for over 12 minutes. Then the phone picked up and hung up on me. This is the second time when I ordered on line got the string bean chicken breast with almost no chicken I even got double order. I called my husband and his panda bowl barely had any. Not sure why this has happened because in the past the order had plenty. Wish my husband took a picture of his but he went back to work for his lunch break.
Update spoke to someone finally they didn’t even apologize. They simply said it’s just one scoop they don’t look at what’s in it. It’s made in a large batch and you get whatever the scoop has. Wish I could give a negative star.

The Food is good but be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes to get it if you’re in the store. I’ve ordered online, I’ve come in person and every time I end up waiting well over 20 minutes, even when you place the order ahead of time.
And on top of all of that I didn’t even get all of the food I ordered. This place is completely unprofessional.

every time i order here i always ask for orange in small box, NEVER HAVE I GOTTEN ORANGE IN THE SMALL BOX its always something else. i do not understand why its so hard to read instructions, i have an allergy to things in orange chicken that my little one does eat, why do i ever try when i know it isnt going to work. do better panda on canyon, every single other panda gets it. not to mention the half portion i received in this order small box.
