Good food, but you’ve gotta be kidding me about the portions.
A Cuban sub was two pieces of ham, two pieces of cheese and maybe three pieces of bacon.
I came here because the app images looked amazing, however the sub I got was barely anything more than bread with a meat hint.
I know businesses want to make money but this kind of practice is shady and severely diminishing the product you sell makes you look like jerks.
Skimp your product and we will skip your business.

HUGE shoutout to the Jimmy Johns in Monaca. Great customer service and excellent food. I went to pick up lunch and they were out of tuna. A very kind employee heard my request and that it was for my grandmother and said “if you can wait 10-15 mins I can make you some”. While I waited the whole team offered me drinks and chips to enjoy while I was there and to take home. When I got my order I found out that the employee had put extra tuna and bread on the side for my grandmother. I wish I would have caught the employee’s name

Sandwich had onions on it. But the description didn’t mention onion so. I wasn’t happy.cashier was rude didn’t smile didn’t greet anyone when they walked in. Should not be working with ppl.. only nice thing he said have a good night when I was through the doors already. I’ll go somewhere else next time…

I ordered lunch for my son and I on the mobile app and it charged us for the meal he ordered and then tacked on an extra 10.00, making a toasted italian combo 25.00 (hence above saying I paid 20-30.00 a person) I used the link that whoever answers comments on here provided and express my confusion on why this was (maybe it was programming glitch?) and it said I would be contacted in 48 hours. It’s been almost a week and I haven’t heard a thing. That’s fine. Keep the extra 10, I know where I won’t be ordering from anymore because 25.00 for a cold cut sandwich drink and chips is insane nothing on this menu is worth 20-30.00 a person.

Waited for a few minutes for someone to come out from the back. Finally an employee who was having dinner at one of the booths decided to help me. Not a good start. You were out of sliced bread. Second strike. Ordered, paid for the food through a payment system that was not working properly, and then a glassy eyed, half awake worker informed me that they were out of tuna fish and would be twenty minutes before I could get my order. Your service has declined considerably over the last couple of months. Had to take my business to Philly Originals in Beaver. Faster service, and by the way, a much better product. I’ve been eating your food for years. Tonight did it. You lost a customer. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO YOUR PLQCE.

I ordered online for pick up and had to pick a time. The time was 45 minutes from when I ordered to when I could pick up. I got there about 2 minutes before my scheduled time and the girl working was sitting in a booth playing on her phone. As soon as I walked in, she got up and went to the register and JUST THEN saw my order slip. She looked at the slip and said something under her breath that sounded like “oh shoot”. Then she had to call someone from the back to come help her make them (5 altogther).
This is the 2nd time this happened. The last time the 2 girls working (maybe same 2, idk) were playing on phones together in a booth when i walked in.
When I said something to the girl who was in the back, she says “lady, the order just came in”. I told her it was waiting there when I walked in. No apology from either one, just tried to blame the machine.
And the booth tables were absolutely filthy, so they don’t seem to be very good at any job they have there. I’ll go to Jersey Mike’s next time.

Eat Jimmy John’s quite often and the quality of the sandwiches at this location is no where near the other locations I visit. The bread is hard and falling apart in our hands as if it was yesterday’s bread. They offered to fix the issue but only in the next visit. Not happy with this at all, will rethink visiting this location again in the future

Placed a delivery order not even a 1/2 mile from the store. Waited nearly 45 mins then called for an update. They couldn’t deliver because they didn’t have a driver. So, they pimped it out to Uber Eats (to pick up and deliver to address less than 1/2 mile away). Still had no time frame for delivery.
I canceled the order and requested a refund.
I could also hear an employee in the background saying “I’m acting Manager”…. well pal, manage.
I rarely go here. Guess I won’t be back for a while. Pretty disappointed. I just tried to deliver dinner to my wife at work.
The least you could do was contact me and let me know. But, nothing…
