I asked for extra onions not the whole container of them. Just because someone was an asshole to you guys by trashing the lobby with honey and trash (heard by the dude at the window who was really friendly and nice) it doesn’t mean you get to be ignorant to everyone’s order bc you’re pissed off about it. This is definitely a no I made a pickup order for breakfast for me and my boyfriend at 10 we had a few errands to run and grab before we grabbed our food and left now we were expecting our food to be mediocre since it would have to be sitting for a while. now when we pulled up into the drive through we gave the lady our code and it was maybe 10:45, breakfast was over now I work fast food and a lot of my friends do too when we receive the DoorDash or pickup order we start making it immediately. Well we go up to the window and there’s two girls and the one that I am guessing is the one in charge says breakfast is done with so we cannot make your order my first question is why is it not made when I make the order, now I’m already upset cause I haven’t eaten so I start getting upset of course breakfast has been done for 15 minutes she says and I come back with I made the order at 10 it should’ve been made then since you guys don’t know how far I live out or if I have to do something beforehand. The worst thing is is that they did this to another lady that was a DoorDash person now not only did the person who made that order not get their food but they also had to pay their DoorDash person and all the fees because you don’t get your money back through that app I luckily did since I did it through the McDonald’s app but yeah this place is js horrible and needs new management. I’m not sure if the whole making food when the person shows up thing is a corporate thing but it is absolutely bs and the food should be made when it is ordered that way shit like this doesn’t happen.

I just made a mobile order and when I pulled up it was 10:54, As soon as i pulled up they put a cone up and told me they are closed.. It says they close at 11. I already spent my money on this order. It’s unfair that the night crew and most of all weekend crew hold down the morning and day crew during the week. The weekday day crew are by far the best in the area, BUT the night and weekend crew are HORRIBLE!!! It’s like they hired the old KFC gang. Everyone from Troy remembers those adventures, well they are back, at your Troy McDonalds. 49 minutes in the drive thru.

While the staff in the drive thru was polite, I found it sad that the row of cars around the building were waiting for our food. I was told to they were behind on fries. When I got my order I had 1 pickle I asked for extra on my dbl cheeseburger my fries were barely warm and under cooked.

I don’t like writing negative reviews, however this one is earned. I waited in the pick up area for atleast 35 to 40 mins. When we did get the food, I found out when we got home, both of my girls happy meals were missing their chicken nuggets, both of them. I tried calling but was ignored every time. I feel like I should receive my money back.
