It’s a place where you can enjoy over 40 flavors of the most delicious, premium ice cream you’ve ever tried. Each flavor of ice cream starts with our 50-year-old Parrish family recipe and is carefully churned and hand packed to be truly, unbelievably, insanely delicious.

We held a client event at Crescent Ridge Dairy and the staff could not have been any better. Extremely friendly, very easy to work with and they helped to make our event successful! Swung by Crescent’s original farm location this past weekend. We arrived just as they opened (around noon), and there weren’t a lot of people. With a huge parking lot and a few picnic tables, it was the perfect setup to soak up the weekend vibes. We got the classic Banana Split and a Banana Bucket, but most importantly, a pup cup for our dog.
The Banana Split came in huge portions, and it started melting before I could even make a dent. On the other hand, the Banana Bucket, conveniently served in a cup, held its own for a lot longer—definitely the smarter choice on a warm day. Unfortunately, they were running low on some of their most popular flavors during our visit, so we only got to try about half of what we had our eyes on. That said, the flavors we did try were delicious, with Cotton Candy and Graham Central Station being my personal favorites.
The pup cup was an unexpected hit with my notoriously picky dog. At first, he wasn’t too sure, but once the ice cream melted to that perfect, slurpable consistency, he was all in.
Western Mass is practically a playground for dairy bars and ice cream shops, where the real competition isn’t about texture—because let’s face it, they all nail that perfectly creamy soft-serve—but rather who can scoop up the most creative and fun flavors. At the end of the day, ice cream is ice cream, so I won’t wax poetic about the texture (though it’s spot-on, as expected). While I probably wouldn’t make a special trip just to grab a cone, I’d definitely pop by their Boston outpost to taste the flavors I missed.

Most places u r been give pup cups for free but not here. It’s ok my 2 dogs shared 1 and it was very frozen. I like that they still have animals and picnic tables outside

Amazingly delicious ice cream.. The scoops are absolutely huge! We all had the kiddie sized scoops and it is a lot of ice cream. Great flavors, good service!

I’ve been getting milk delivery for months. Choices are excellent: great milk in glass bottles, artisanal cheeses, baked goods (even gluten free), pasta sauce, chicken & meats. I had an issue recently where either I didn’t check the box timely, or delivery was later than early morning. The milk and bones chicken were bad a week later from sitting in the box. I contact CR : they responded immediately, and credited my account for the items. I’ll be more careful checking deliveries, and thank you for the credit. Our delivery person is Nick … both Nick & CR a ten out of ten.

We regularly purchase raw milk from here.Sometime, also enjoy ice cream, our choice being chocolate, orange- pineapple and strawberry flavours.We like these; though better one for same price available elsewhere.
It is not sure that the milk and dairy ice cream they sell is exclusively from the buffaloes/ cows of their own farms.
Staff is courteous.However, it is painful in summer to see long lines of people ,waiting for their turn to order.Management must look into this and increase cashier windows.

Crescent Ridge is hands down one of our favorite spots! The ice cream is unbelievably creamy and flavorful — you can truly taste the quality in every bite. I brought my daughter with me and she was in heaven trying all the fun flavors (the cookie dough is her favorite!). The staff is friendly, the lines move fast, and the farm setting adds such a charming, nostalgic vibe. It’s more than just ice cream — it’s a perfect family outing every time. 5 stars all the way!

Best ice cream I have ever had. So many flavours. Whenever I come I always try a different one and I am never disappointed. Portions are very large, so would recommend either a Tiny Tot or a Kiddie as that is normally more than enough.
In the peak of summer the line does get very long and busy so be aware of wait times.
