I went in with 3 other people and none of our orders were correct. We got served cold coffee when we asked for hot, some of our food was burnt burnt, and quite a bit of our order was either forgotten about or delivered late because they finally remembered. It was horrible service. We will never go back to this location. It’s a shame because we love Denny’s normally. They weren’t even busy so there was no reason for the amount of errors and mess ups.

My husband and I went in at 10PM. Well, we saw our server when she took our drink order, then again when she took our food order, and one more time when she refilled my husband’s drink. After that, we didn’t see her again. Later, the cook, not a server or manager, but the cook came out to tell us that the kitchen was behind because he was the only cook and they had a lot of online orders. Ok cool, no problem. The problem came when we were watching how the servers interacted with the cook. They were throwing plates because the people waiting for those orders had already left due to the long wait (We waited an hour and 20 minutes for food) and yelling at the cook. They were being highly unprofessional. All in all, the cook was one of the only professional people working tonight. We ended up with like 3 different servers and still had to ask a busser for silverware. I appreciate the cook and the final server we dealt with. She was nice.

My daughter and i ate here with my friend, her two children and her mother. The atmosphere was nice and the service was good. (There was a new waiter in training, so we had two servers. No problem with that, just have to be patient with the trainee.) All of our food came out at different times. The smoked burnt ends that I ordered were dry and hard. And the price was rather high for the amount and the quality of food we received.

Server is great. She’s been here a while and does a great job however the back of the house shouldn’t be taking over half hour for two pancakes and two eggs. Food finally came out hot and delicious but they need to buckle down and speed it up.

It’s always the same dull atmosphere. Nothing has changed in years. I literally have the same memories from when I was a kid and can duplicate them to this day just by walking in the 2026 Denny’s. Same shit. I always feel like I have to order coffee and get a grand slam and talk about Jesus for some reason.

I took my young daughters to eat at Dennys today. It was not busy and took a long time to get our food. It was terrible! My daughter’s pancake was doughy. My food was burned and partially cold. The waitress never checked on us and we needed a refill on our drinks. We won’t be back.

To start off this review, I’d like to first state that the greeting and the service I received was exceptional, but it wasn’t until I heard and witnessed what I could not believe today. The manager and the way she was speaking to and treating the servers and other workers today was absolutely unacceptable. Throwing plates of pancakes, some of which I and other diners were waiting on, in the window and continuing to yell at her servers. The behavior of the manager was immature and not professional in the slightest. Again, when I was greeted and seated, and asked for my order, that whole service was outstanding, I couldn’t have asked for a better server than Julieanne, truly, she was exceptional! But the manager is a completely different story and she should be reprimanded for how she has treated her servers and other workers. No one should have to deal with the disrespect I witnessed today, and I will not be back to witness more of it either, I enjoyed the food and the service I received, but sad to say I will not be visiting again.
