I noticed that on the receipt my soda order was incorrect so I let them know when I was picking up my order in the drive through. Instead of giving me the correct soda the woman at the window sent me to window 2. Ok, fine…except she must’ve forgotten she sent me there so I went inside (thankfully I wasn’t wearing pajamas) for my soda and it was still not correct. I just let it lie. Ludicrous that all this happened when I could’ve just been given my soda when I was picking up my order. Why even go to window 2 in the first place?

This location has a tendency to charge you for items they don’t have. Ordered a drink and when they came to give me my order, they said that the soda dispenser wasn’t working. Knowing that, why didn’t they let me know that dispenser was down and still charged me for the drink?

Cashier at front was helpfully. Nice and polite, I missed his name. I wish I paid attention if he had a name tag. The manager needs to approve the sale, which is over $30.00. Ridiculous. Mostly the visit was going to a good one till I have to use the restroom and one laddy cook come out from toilet same time as me and she DIDN’T WASH HER HANDS!!! WENT BACK TO HER STATION AND STARTS PACKING FOOD! by that time, we already ate our food. Gross and unsanitary. Did she know how many people she put y risk of getting sick because she skipped this most important step to handle food the right way? Maybe not even the manager in charge. When I got her attention about it, she just replied, “Oh ok .”

McDonald’s on Santa Ursula and Washington St. – is a high traffic fast food joint but the service is quick through the drive thru. I rarely go inside. The girls in the drive thru are friendly.
Outside of the fast food joint is clean. The parking lot seems too small so be careful on how you park or back out of the parking space.
